Analysis for Rotary Drive System of Rotary Drilling RigRotary drilling rig in homeland achieved rapid development in recent years. But after all, compared with rotary drilling rig in foreign decades of development history, rotary drilling rig of domestic has still a gap in key parts and core technology, therefore the development of rotary drilling rig of domestic is just getting started.Rotary drive system studied in this paper as the important items of rotary drilling rig is the key parts for host research at all times. The performance of rotary drive system can impact on rotary drilling rig working efficiency directly. The development of rotary drilling rig in foreign have decades of history, which have superior performance, unique technology and the new design concept. At present the development of domestic rotary drive can meet rotary drilling rig basic construction work, but reliability and function expansion should be further developed.The paper introduces present situation of rotary drilling rig firstly, analyzes the main parts of rotary drive system design calculation and adaptive torque function. And analyzes rotary drive work load in different geological. Proposes a plan of using electric motor instead of conventional hydraulic controlled variable-displacement motor; Use electric motor can set different work mode according to different geological characteristics of the motor.The paper analyzes rotary drive system function, working principle, structure composition. And then through analysis the common failures in work concluded the reasons of those problems and give comparative analysis for the structure performance of the fault components, and last provide the solution to the problem.It difficulty to accurately calculate dynamic stiffness and strength of rotary drive in the classical methods when design rotary drive, because rotary drive's diversity work condition and complex load. Only design it with experience which makes rotary drive becomes bulky body. Therefore the paper starting from the finite element analysis method using Pro/E and ANSYS bullied rotary drive mode and analysis load under different conditions in order to understand its stress and displacement distribution situation, find out the excess and structure of a weak spot with the comparative analysis, last provide basis theoretical for rotary drive optimization design.According to the author verify is still difficult to retrieve relevant paper about rotary drive system of rotary drilling rig, there is no literature at home and abroad can be reference. Therefore, as important items of rotary drilling rig development item, analyzed and studied of rotary drive system in this paper hopes to bring certain reference for rotary drilling rig product development.
