Mechanical reliability is an important index for evaluating the quality characteristics of a mechanical product.With the development of modern industry,mechanics always work with high speed,high precision and heavy load.The reliability of mechanism has become one of the main factors that restrict the improvement of reliability of mechanical system.The complex analysis of mechanism kinematics and dynamics brings great difficulty to the analysis of mechanism reliability,multi-body dynamics simulation is an effective approach to solve the dynamic analysis of mechanism.Based on the LMS Virtual.Lab,we developed a platform to carry out mechanism reliability analysis,the main contents include:1.Based on the analysis of the mechanism reliability theory and the traditional response surface method,we combined the adaptive Markoff chain method with the least squares support vector machine and successfully developed an adaptive mechanism response surface methodology;2.Using LMS Virtual.Lab as the simulation platform,we developed a reliability simulation software,through which we can realize the automatic modification of the simulation parameters,the automatic simulation,automatic output simulation results.We used the least squares support vector machine to construct surrogate model according to the failure mode,and achieved the automatic acquisition of reliability and sensitivity;3.This article conducted an analysis for the reliability of displacement accuracy of DELTA parallel mechanism.The error of driving arm and the driven arm,radius error of static platform and moving platform,initial error of active arm angle are considered as the research object,considering the elastic deformation of driven arm,the displacement accuracy reliability of the mechanism is studied,at the same time,we verified the validity of the proposed method;In this paper,the reliability analysis technology and the second development technology are combined,and provided an effective method for the analysis of the reliability of the mechanism.
