As the simplest and most quick interactive method between human and computer,touch screen is widely used in complicated system of special environment.However,the particularity of environment,the complexity of system and the novelty of operation mode have new requirements for the interaction Design of complex system in special environment.In this paper,we firstly study the difference of environmental factors such as temperature,noise,vibration and illumination between the special environment and the normal environment,and then study the design essentials of complex system based on the characteristics of complex systems,which are information visualization and interaction design,and summarize the complex System digital interface design elements which include text,icons,layout,information architecture,size,control forms,color matching,etc.Due to the limitations of experimental conditions and the capacity of the essay and so on,the textual factors are taken as the main research object of this paper.The importance of text as one of the basic components of the digital interface of human-machine interaction and relevant literature about the influence of the basic parameters setting for reading performance are explained successively,which concluded that there are few researches on the reading performance of font size and word spacing of the complex system under the special circumstances.In the meantime,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the differences between the users of complex systems in special environments,visual cognition,user memory characteristics,cognitive load and man-machine relationship,based on which to explore the influence of the parameter setting of font size and word spacing on the reading performance of complex system under the special circumstances by doing experiments.Based on the commonly used values of word spacing in the design specifications of the existing e-reading platform,the thresholds of the word spacing of the experimental characters are defined,and the combination type of the word spacing within the threshold is used as an independent variable to design a visual search task based on a 27-inch desktop touch screen display.Subjects were asked to search and choose the key words from16 single line sentences,each of which is composed of about 70 words and is similar to the difficulty of reading,for three sets of experiments.In the testing process,subjects' reaction time and the accuracy of operation were collected by programming,and the mean and variance of the data were analyzed and analyzed to explore the impact of the attribute of the text on cognitive efficiency under typical operating environment.The experimental results show that the font size and word spacing of a27-inch(resolution of 2560 px * 1440px)desktop touchscreen are optimized to be(16px,2px)at a viewing distance of about 40 cm.The design of 27-inch desktop touch screen digital interface text with the font size of the pitch is the main design criteria to create high-fidelity digital interface to the general electronic reading font size with the interface as the control group,a simple design of the task flow test to verify the test results and The same conclusion.The experimental method and experimental results can provide references for the design of related digital interfaces based on the desktop touch screen platform in order to improve user's cognition and operational performance.
