Rapid urbanization has brought about a series of ecological and environmental issues,such as air pollution,heat island effect,disease spread,etc,which have seriously made an impact on human's living environment and physical and mental health.Against this background,this paper returns to the original intention of urban planning and takes the concept of healthy city as the principle.With the help of big data and related methods of urban design,the quality of urban physical space environment can be effiectively improved by making an in-depth study on wind environment in the block.This paper was divided into six chapters.Firstly,based on the concept of healthy city and the wind environmental conditions in the Yangze River Delta of China,the paper proposed four main evalution indicators and their reasonable thresholds of "average wind speed,average wind speed ratio,proportion of wind speed up to standard area,and wind speed dispersion",thus constructing a wind environment evaluation standard for pedestrains with high probability of perception.Secondly,through overviewing different perspectives of "relevant to wind environment","in line with research standards","CFD(scSTREAM)simulation is meaningful",etc,eight key elements of spatial morphology,such as "average height,maximum height,building density,absolute fold degree,enclosing degree,staggering degree,dispersion degree and porosity",were selected to make a detailed analysis.Under the preset experimental conditions,CFD simulation software was used to perform single-element simulation evaluation and multi-element multiple liner regression analysis on the eight spatial morphplogical elements,to obtain the general correlation conclusions and the best fit function.Furthermore,the paper selected typical streets in downtown Changzhou for wind environment simulation and demonstration.Through the vetical comparison of the four proposed cases of the shopping mall and Zhonglian plot with different wind environment conditions,and the horizontal comparison of the four typical blocks with the same wind environment conditions,the general conclusions in Chapter 4 can be verified and the rationality can be proved.Finally,based on the verified correlation conclusions,the paper proposed three strategies of "height control,density control and boundary control" to improve the wind environment in the city block.The whole paper includes about 70000 words,93 pictures and 61 tables.
