With the improvement of Chinese economic strength and status,China has paid more and more attention to the scientific research of the Antarctic continent.Since joining the Antarctic Treaty in 1983,it has successively established Chinese Antarctic Great Wall Station,Zhongshan Station,Kunlun Station and Taishan Station.The energy supply problem of the internal scientific instrument of the Antarctic Taishan Station in the winter when it is unattended needs to be solved urgently,and the remote monitoring system of the host computer is a necessary condition to ensure the long-term stable operation of the power supply system in the unattended state.This article firstly investigates the current research situation in the field of polar scientific research automation unattended systems at home and abroad,draws on the experience of Dome A Antarctic scientific research support platform,analyzes project requirements,and divides the host computer system into Iridium communication,host computer data processing,and domestic monitoring center.According to the low temperature and low pressure conditions of Antarctic Taishan Station,the host PC / 104,Iridium Pilot,network camera and NAS storage equipment are customized to meet the stability requirements.Then this article analyzes the network communication needs of the system,designs the redundant network of the host computer,and binds the dual network cards to the PC / 104 to solve the problem of single point failure of network communication.According to the characteristics of the Iridium network,the FTP protocol is selected for communication,and a two-way FTP data transmission channel is established,aiming to achieve stable data transmission in harsh environments.Using FTP connection multiplexing and bzip2 compression technology to greatly reduce communication traffic,selecting MD5 to verify the file through scheme comparison,and using AES encryption algorithm to achieve the purpose of data security.In addition,this paper designs the overall realization plan of data processing.By collecting on-site monitoring images to help determine the status of the unit,the system operation data is divided into two categories: analog and switch.According to the characteristics of analog quantity,the improved SDT algorithm,polynomial fitting and cubic spline interpolation fitting methods are used to perform lossy compression on the analog data.It can solve key issues such as large storage capacity and high consumption of communication traffic.Control commands such as PLC,device reboot,screenshot and query are designed based on remote control requirements,which realize remote access and control of the Antarctic unattended power supply system in China.Finally,the C / S architecture design is adopted to complete the domestic monitoring center.Choosing the Windows platform for development,using the My SQL database for data storage,optimizing the database,and adopting an effective backup strategy to ensure data security.In terms of function,the domestic monitoring center is divided into six modules: data analysis,data display,user management,command interaction,image acquisition and abnormal push,and then the modules are tested separately.Finally,the entire host computer system is tested functionally and quantitatively.The test results show that the system is stable,safe and reliable,and achieved designed goals.
