"Sanjiangyuan" refers to the origins of the Yangtze River,Yellow River and Lancang River,and is known as the "water tower of China".It plays an important role in China's water system and plays an important role in China's environmental and economic development.The National Park of Sanjiangyuan is the core area of Sanjiangyuan area,which is divided into Yellow River source Park,Yangtze River source Park and Lancang River source park.carrying out pilot projects of the National Park System in the Sanjiangyuan region,and establishing the National Park on the basis of the pilot projects is a major strategic decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to promote the overall layout of "five in one".It is an important measure to implement the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and shared development,also an important content of the construction of ecological civilization system,as well as a concrete practice to realize the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.In this paper,using GIS,Java Script as well as other technologies,we design and develop the Sanjiangyuan ecological information system based on GIS to realize the visual management and intelligent application platform of Sanjiangyuan National Park.Based on GPS positioning and UDP transmission,the functions of real-time transmission,track query,overcrowding warning,ecological protection of Sanjiangyuan National Park are realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)In this paper we first introduce the research background,significance,the related works of GIS information system at home and abroad,as well as the development of visual management of national parks,and presents in detail the GIS technology,javascript technology,Postgre SQL spatial database expansion and other key technologies.(2)In this paper,the GIS mapping and slicing technology are used to build a comprehensive information GIS management platform for Sanjiangyuan National Park,which shows visually the distribution of administrative divisions,topography and landforms,river system and wetland,rare wildlife,settlements,villages,temples,schools,roads,scenic spots,and video surveillance of Sanjiangyuan National Park in a two-dimensional graphic way,and realizes the visual management and intelligent application platform of Sanjiangyuan National Park.(3)Some areas of Sanjiangyuan National Park lack mobile signal coverage of Mobile or Internet service provider,and most scenic spots do not have detailed information on mainstream maps such as Baidu and Gaode..Aiming at this situation,an electronic vector map of the Sanjiangyuan National Park is developed,With the basic framework of "One Map,Multiple Functions",multiple functions are realized on one map.Mobile terminals use offline map,the SHP file is converted into geojson file and integrated in the mobile terminals through hbuilder software.The system realizes real-time location of mobile terminals through GPS location information conversion.Further,automatic voice guide,danger warning and other functions are added to the mobile terminal.The test and operation results show that the mobile terminal can also use positioning,navigation and other functions normally without carrier signal coverage.(4)A web-side management platform is designed and developed for managers.After logging in,managers can access overcrowding warning information,user positioning and historical trajectories in the park in real time,view monitoring information in the park in real time,and manage user information.
