The research object of this paper is repairable system with multiple types components.Due to the large number of components of this type of system and the complex structure of the system,the application of traditional reliability analysis methods to this type of system will lead to an increase in computational complexity.The survival signature plays an important role in quantifying and comparing the reliability of non-repairable systems with multiple type components.On the one hand,this method greatly reduces the dimensionality of the state space in the Markov model.On the other hand,it separated the structural information of the system from the probability model of the random failure time of the component,the system structure is quantified and the calculation of system reliability is simplified.Therefore,this paper uses this tool to study the reliability of the repairable system with multiple types components from the perspective of system structure and components.The core of this paper is the application of the survival signature in system reliability.Based on the survival signature that can represent the survival function of a multi-component type system,the main content of this paper studyed reliability of repairable system with multiple types components and importance measure of component by using survival signature.Firstly,from the perspective of the system structure,based on the survival signature and Laplace transformation,we constructed a mathematical model to measure the reliability of a single-component type repairable system and then it is extended to a multi-component type repairable system.Secondly,from the perspective of composition components of the system,two indicators of importance MRI and JRI based on the survival signature measured importance of component,and the weak and soft links of the system are analyzed to strengthen system maintenance and improve system reliability.Finally,a numerical example of a repairable system with multiple type components is used to illustrate the specific steps of the reliability analysis of the model.
