The global natural environment is deteriorating, petrochemical energy is increasingly scarce, and wind energy as a clean energy source is highly concerned.Wind farms are divided into onshore wind farms and offshore wind farms.Onshore wind farms are greatly restricted by conditions such as power grids and wind resources, and their development is close to saturation.Offshore wind farms are the direction of future development. In my country, coastal areas have abundant wind resources and have the geographical advantage of building offshore wind farms. At the same time, the state encourages and supports the construction and development of offshore wind farms. Therefore, offshore wind farms have gradually entered the fast lane of development in my country. In the rapid development and construction of offshore wind farms, some existing defects and problems have gradually emerged. In the context of globalization, trade exchanges between countries are frequent, with the rapid development of the shipping industry. The marine traffic environment on the coast has become increasingly busy. The construction and operation of offshore wind farms as offshore structures occupying a large sea space will inevitably lead to changes in the traffic environment of ships in the waters surrounding the offshore wind farm area, and will seriously affect ships.Safe navigation. Therefore, there is an urgent need to carry out research on the impact of offshore wind farm site selection on maritime navigation safety, reduce the impact on the safety of ships in the surrounding waters of the wind farm area, and ensure the safety of ships in the surrounding waters. From the perspective of affecting the safety of ship navigation, this thesis conducts research on the location of offshore wind farms, and proposes suggestions for the location of offshore wind farms to avoid affecting ship navigation safety,so as to reduce the impact of the construction and operation of offshore wind farms on ship navigation safety in surrounding waters Impact.First of all, this article introduces the development status of offshore wind farms, consults the specifications and regulations related to the construction of offshore wind farms, and studies and analyzes the main factors that may affect the safety of ships' navigation in the waters surrounding the site in the construction and operation of offshore wind farms.Secondly, based on the basic principles of the establishment of the indicator system, using systematic process methods,by issuing questionnaires to professionals and conducting statistical analysis,an indicator system for the impact of the location of offshore wind farms on ship navigation safety has been established.Thirdly, through comprehensive analysis and comparison of the pros and cons of various evaluation methods, the GA-BP method using genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network is selected, and the GA-BP model is trained through the relevant index data of domestic offshore wind farms that have been built and to be built. The GA-BP evaluation model for the location of offshore wind farms has been established. Finally, the GA-BP evaluation model is used to evaluate and analyze the impact of ship navigation safety on the offshore wind farm project in Area C of Changle,Fujian Province, and put forward the impact of the original site selection plan on ship navigation safety and related site selection optimization suggestions. After inspection, the application of the GA-BP evaluation model for offshore wind farm site selection can make a scientific and objective evaluation of the impact of offshore wind farm site selection on the safety of ships in the surrounding waters, and is important for ensuring the safe navigation of ships in the surrounding waters of the site.significance.The research in this thesis provides a practical evaluation model for the impact of offshore wind farm site selection and construction on the safety of maritime navigation.
