In recent years,with the further deepening of reform and opening up,the state has put forward the concepts of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao,Dawan District,Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration,Yangtze River Delta integration,etc.more and more investment has been made on the infrastructure of important roads,bridges and other traffic projects,and the safety and stability of infrastructure projects(such as bridges and tunnels,culverts and slopes)put into operation are also paid more and more attention.Whether the slope geology,slope disease and safety stability are investigated effectively in operation stage and the analysis and research of slope with potential safety and stability risks will directly affect the operation safety,operation management level and operation efficiency of highway.This paper intends to predict the safety stability coefficient of the North Section of Jing Zhu Express Highway by using genetic neural network technology and evaluate the safety stability of the slope.(1)According to the field investigation results based on the basic technical data and basic data of the project,the North Section of Jing Zhu Express Highway has the characteristics of complex geology and humid,hot and rainy environment in North Guangdong.It is necessary to carry out continuous regular detection,regular monitoring and regular inspection,and evaluate the safety and stability of the slope in real time and dynamically.(2)In this paper,combined with the actual operation of the project,with the help of the basic concepts of neural network and genetic algorithm,summed up some of the main basic principles and technical characteristics of the combination of BP neural network,genetic algorithm and practical engineering.On this basis,the specific methods and steps of using BP model neural network in practical slope engineering application process are proposed,and how to systematically optimize the structure model of BP model neural network through genetic algorithm is proposed.(3)Based on the analysis of the basic technical data and original data of the slope of tthe North Section of Jing Zhu Express Highway relying on the project,the main parameters affecting the safety and stability of the slope are comprehensively considered.Six indexes of the slope rock inclination ?,slope angle ?,slope height h,rock weathering coefficient K,cohesion c and internal friction angle ? are selected as the input layer parameters of the neural network to generate the nonlinear mapping relationship.(4)Finally,the genetic BP neural network model optimized by training simulation is used to predict the typical slope of the North Section of Jing Zhu Express Highway and the reliability and accuracy of the model are determined by comparing the predicted results with the actual engineering results.
