Research On The Path Of Logistics Efficiency Improvement In Inner Mongolia In The Intelligent Era

Logistics industry is the basic industry of national economy.The transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics directly affects the quality and speed of national economic development and the promotion of China's competitive advantage.Today's era is changing to the intelligent era.The emergence of Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and other technologies have broken the information asymmetry problem in the logistics industry market,making full use of the idle logistics resources in the society,effectively improving the logistics efficiency and making the logistics industry develop in the direction of intelligence.In order to study the improvement path of logistics efficiency in Inner Mongolia in the intelligent era,this paper takes Inner Mongolia as the research object,summarizes the evaluation index,evaluation method and influencing factors of logistics efficiency at home and abroad.The number of employees in logistics industry,fixed asset investment and logistics network mileage are selected as input indicators,and output value and freight turnover of logistics industry are taken as output indicators.Taking the input-output data from 2010 to 2019 as the cross-sectional data,this paper compares the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Inner Mongolia and other 30 regions through dea-bcc model.The research finds that the technical efficiency of Jilin Province ranks the ninth in China,which is in the middle and upper level.Then the Malmquist TFP index method is used to analyze the time series of logistics efficiency.The total factor productivity,technical efficiency change,technological progress change,pure technical efficiency change and scale efficiency change of Inner Mongolia logistics are analyzed dynamically.According to the results of the above two models,the technical level and management level are the main factors affecting the logistics efficiency in Inner Mongolia.Then,using Tobit model,the paper takes the regional economic development level,the number of logistics professionals,industrial structure and intelligent level as independent variables,and analyzes the comprehensive technical efficiency as the dependent variables.Finally,it is found that among the selected influencing factors,the factors that significantly affect the efficiency of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia are industrial structure,the number of logistics talents and the level of intelligence Three aspects.The level of intelligence includes the level of technology development and the level of technology application.Although the effect of technology development level on logistics efficiency is not significant in Tobit model,it may be due to the inappropriate data selected.In malquist index model,it has been confirmed that the level of technological development is an important factor affecting the efficiency of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia,and the level of technological development of logistics industry in Inner Mongolia Development efficiency has a positive impact,that is,the better the level of Technological Development in Inner Mongolia,the higher the efficiency of logistics industry.Finally,according to the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the logistics efficiency of Inner Mongolia.
