Global warming caused by excessive emissions of greenhouse gases is a major challenge facing the international community,and reducing carbon emissions is a major challenge.The common responsibility of mankind.With the acceleration of globalization,logistics industry has become an important symbol to measure the development of a country or region.As the second largest high carbon emission industry,the evaluation of low carbon development efficiency of Chinese logistics industry at the present stage is the decision-making basis for making the future development policy of logistics industry.In the low carbon background,this paper,based on the perspective of efficiency,takes provincial logistics industry as the research object,analyzes the current situation of Chinese logistics industry carbon emission,and makes the static and time-sharing evaluation on carbon emission efficiency value,in order to clarify the efficiency level of low carbon development of Chinese logistics industry.The main research contents are as follows: In this paper,carbon emission efficiency values of logistics industry in 30 provinces were measured and sorted,and dynamic changes of carbon emission efficiency values from 2013 to 2020 were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were given.Firstly,this paper selects the number of employees in the logistics industry and the amount of investment in the logistics industry as input indicators,and CO2 emissions and GDP added value as output indicators,and analyzes the relationship between CO2 emissions and GDP.Secondly,a non-oriented super efficiency EBM model containing the undesired output of carbon dioxide was constructed,and panel data of 30 provinces were selected from 2013 to 2020 to measure the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in provincial areas.Based on the global reference Malmquist index model,the carbon MI index of logistics industry was decomposed into "technology change" and "efficiency change",and the dynamic evolution law of efficiency was analyzed.The results show that there is a great difference in carbon emission intensity between provinces and regions,and there is an unreasonable allocation of resources in these provinces.The efficiency value of logistics industry in each province showed a decreasing trend from east to west.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the low-carbon logistics development suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for each province.
