Research On Success Factors Of Female Nobel Natural Science Prize Winners

Since the 21 st century,the social status of women has been continuously improved,and at the same the proportion of female scientists is also increasing.As a result,people are paying more and more attention to the group of female scientists.Because of this,the birth conditions,training status,growth experience of women scientists and their success factors have also attracted people's attention and attention.The Nobel Prize winners are the elite and typical of scientists,so research on the female scientists who won the Nobel Prize are also more valuable and meaningful.Research on the basic characteristics and success factors of female scientists who won the Nobel Natural Science Prize is not only an important theoretical issue in the sociology of science,but also a major practical issue for scientifically and rationally implementing the strategy of female scientific and technological talents.This article takes female scientists who won the Nobel Natural Science Prize as samples,by researching 19 female scientists who won the Nobel Natural Science Prize,carrying on the quantitative statistical analysis on their birth year,year of award,subject of award,nationality,degree structure,family background,marital status,collaborators and so on,to explore their characteristics and success factors,in order to deepen the understanding of the basic characteristics and success factors of the female scientists who won the Nobel Natural Science Prize,and then to provide enlightenment significance for promoting the growth and development of female scientists.The main innovations of the paper are: This article not only used the quantitative analysis method to study the 19 female scientists who won the Nobel Natural Science Prize,but also conducted a more profound and thorough analysis of their success factors.
