Madame Curie is the greatest female in near modern science history. She won the Nobel Prizes twice in her life for her research on radioactivity, especially her research on radium. Thus made her become the only one among the female scientists, and undoubtedly rare even among the male scientists.Madame Curie's contribution to the human society was more than just her achievements in science; it's her original scientific method and noble qualities. Her methods of choose, experiment, hypothesis, thinking, cooperation in her road of science were reviewed firstly in this thesis .Secondly, her noble qualities including her passion for the motherland and loyalty to the people, dedication to science and no fear of peril, her contribution to the human society and indifference to fame and wealthy, respect the teacher and guidance the younger generation were generalized. Finally, the relationships between Madame Curie's achievement and social cultural environment, her individual personalities were analyzed further in the third part. Good science foundation and tradition in France, the tolerant custom, philosophic positive were beneficial to Madame Curie's research work. Meanwhile, the discrimination against women in French society, inappropriate scientific research policy of government, philosophic negative undermined greatly the scientific research of Madame Curie.
