In light of the uncertainty,complexity of actual decision issues and the fuzziness of decision-makers' cognitive thinking,it is difficult for decision-makers to express their evaluation views by numerical value.For more accurate description of the evaluation information provided by decision-making experts,fuzzy set theory and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory have been proposed to represent the fuzziness of information and widely utilized in decision analysis.As a generalized form of intuitionistic fuzzy set,the q-rung orthopair fuzzy set can provide more choices for decision-makers to express the appropriate evaluation views and flexibly adjust the decision process through parameter.Hence,q-rung orthopair fuzzy set is an effective information representation model for solving complex decision problems.In decision analysis,aggregation operator,ranking method and distance measure are the important basic theories to establish fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making methods.At present,the basic theory and decision-making method of q-rung orthopair fuzzy set need to be further improved.Therefore,the improved score function and distance measure of q-rung orthopair fuzzy set are proposed firstly.At the same time,the q-rung orthopair fuzzy interactive Einstein aggregation operator and q-rung orthopair fuzzy reducible MSM(Maclaurin Symmetric Mean)operators are proposed.Then,based on the improved q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operator,sorting method and distance measure,the q-rung orthopair fuzzy COPRAS(Complex Proportional Assessment),q-rung orthopair fuzzy ARAS(Additive Ratio Assessment)and q-rung orthopair fuzzy COCOSO(Combined Compromise Solution)method are proposed.Finally,the practicability and effectiveness of the mentioned methods are verified by the actual case and comparative analysis.Therefore,three new methods of q-rung orthopair fuzzy multiple attribute group decision-making are established in this paper,which can provide a reasonable decision model for decision experts to solve the actual decision problems effectively.The main contributions of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)New score function,distance measure,q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein interactive aggregation operator and q-rung orthopair fuzzy reducible weighted MSM operator are proposed,as well as their properties are discussed in detailed;(2)Based on q-rung orthopair fuzzy reducible weighted MSM operator and new score function,an extended q-rung orthopair fuzzy COPRAS multiple attribute group decision-making method is proposed;(3)Based on the new score function of q-rung orthopair fuzzy,distance measure and q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein interactive aggregation operator,q-rung orthopair fuzzy CRITIC-ARAS multiple attribute group decision-making method with completely unknown attribute weight information is proposed.At the same time,q-rung orthopair fuzzy COCOSO multi-attribute group decision-making method with completely unknown attribute weight information is proposed,and the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed methods are verified by an example.
