| As an important branch of decision analysis,multi-attribute group decision making has been paid more and more attention by decision makers.In decision-making,the complexity of decision-making environment and the uncertainty of human thinking and cognition mean that decision-makers cannot accurately express their views with a single linguistic element or numerical value.The appearance of the 2-tuple linguistic models effectively solves the above problems and avoids the problem of information loss in the process of language evaluation information aggregation.At the same time,various fuzzy sets are also introduced into the field of decision analysis.As a generalized form of intuitive fuzzy sets,q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets can provide more opportunities for decision makers to express appropriate evaluation opinions,and can flexibly adjust the decision-making process by accurately reflecting people’s preferences,and express evaluative information comprehensively and objectively.Therefore,a new fuzzy set of the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set is proposed in this paper,which provides a new direction for solving the problem of multi-attribute group decision making in reality.The focus of this paper is to study the multi-attribute group decision making method in the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy environment.The main research contents are as follows:In part one,based on the concepts of the 2-tuple linguistic models and q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets,the definition,arithmetic rules,score function,precise function and comparison rules of the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets are put forward.The operators and decision-making method involved in this paper are introduced in detail,which lays a foundation for the following research.In part two,in the face of complicated and interactive decision-making environment,aggregation operators can reasonably aggregate the preferences of multiple decision makers into collective preferences,and the evaluation value of multiple attributes into comprehensive evaluation value.Therefore,the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operators are studied in this paper.Two kinds of aggregation operators(2TLq-ROFWA、2TLq-ROFWG)and operators(2TLq-ROFWBM、2TLq-ROFWGBM)which can reflect the relationship between two attributes are proposed,and their related properties are explored respectively.Based on the proposed operators,a multi-attribute group decision making model relative to the proposed operator is constructed,detailed decision steps are given,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an emergency scheme selection case.In part three,a multi-attribute group decision making method model based on TOPSIS and MABAC is proposed in the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy environment.On the one hand,under the expert weight and the attribute weight are given in advance,firstly,the distance measure based on the 2-tuple linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers is proposed,and its related properties are studied.Then,the distance measure and aggregation operators are combined into TOPSIS method to construct the 2TLq-ROFNs-TOPSIS method model.On the other hand,when the attribute weight is unknown,the CRITIC method is used to determine the attribute weight,and the aggregation operators are combined with MABAC method to construct a 2TLq-ROFNs-CRITIC-MABAC method model.Finally,two examples are used to verify the feasibility,effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model. |
