Applied Research On The Construction Of Cadastral Management Information System In Villages And Towns Of Huailai County

With the rapid increase of China's population and the sustained economic development,the demand for housing improvement by Chinese residents has also increased greatly.The control and planning of housing and land use,especially the planning of rural land and the rational planning and design of residential housing,are particularly important.If we use traditional mode to manage land resource information,it can't satisfy current land resource information management work's requirement.So we need to use modern technologies to realize automatic management of land resource.Cadastral management is a serial of government measures in to obtain the cadastral data.The purpose is to manage land information more comprehensive and more scientific.This paper focuses on the field measurement,data processing,graphic drawing and database construction of rural residential land in Huailai County,Hebei Province,especially the specific project of its cadastral management information system construction,which is used in the construction of Huailai County Cadastral Management Information System.Ways and methods,as well as some successful innovations in the process for some of the problems encountered.In this field measurement,the total station instrument was used in combination with the RTK to measure.Convenience.Afterwards,according to the topography and geographical conditions of Huailai County,the wareh,ousing system corresponding to Huailai County,namely the database system of the cadastral database of villages and towns in Hebei Province,was produced.The cadastral information is aggregated into a cadastral map.After,based on CASS software,We collect all the cadastral information and data to make cadastral map,and the cadastral map is used to make the parcel electronic information table,index map,framing map and public map.map,and the cadastral map is used to make the parcel electronic information table,index map,framing map and public map.In this paper,after the spreadsheet is made,the area of the parcel area and the building area needs to be increased due to the publicity map.Different parcels and different housing areas can only be modified in the text annotation content that needs to be modified.The program is written in python language,and the area unit is automatically added to improve the working efficiency.For the change of cadastral area and cadastral sub-area code,it is time-consuming and laborious to re-form the form.Therefore,AutoCAD is used for secondary development in Python language.Only the cadastral area and the cadastral sub-area code have been modified,saving manual opening.A cadastral map,which changes the coding time from door to door,simplifies the workflow and greatly improves work efficiency.
