Research On The Confirmation Of Rural Collective Land Ownership And Data Warehousing

With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the traditional cadastral management has been difficult to meet the needs of high efficiency and accuracy.It is necessary to establish an efficient,accurate,clear and clear cadastral information database.The cadastral information database contains the information of land and resources planning,land use,land law enforcement,cultivated land protection,land registration and certification,land ownership and other aspects.Through the cadastral information database,land information can be efficiently and intuitively managed.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of cadastral database construction at home and abroad,understanding the relevant laws,regulations and technical specifications of cadastral database construction at present,the basic theory and key technologies of cadastral database construction are studied in depth,and the technical route of building cadastral database is worked out.Taking Jiujiang County,Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province as an example,the construction process of rural collective land ownership database system is introduced in detail.On the basis of introducing the basic general situation of Jiujiang County,the basic process and related technical points of building the cadastral database are introduced in detail around the construction of the rural collective land ownership database in Jiujiang County,and a reasonable technical scheme of building the database is formulated.In the process of data acquisition,processing and attribute input,the transformation method and model of data coordinate system,as well as the method,precautions and accuracy requirements of data acquisition are introduced.According to the characteristics of registration and certification of rural collective land ownership,the data elements and the hierarchical structure of the elements contained in the database are determined,and the steps and methods of dividing the cadastral area and the cadastral sub-area are formulated according to the urban cadastral database of Jiujiang County.Cadastral data storage and data quality analysis are also studied.Through this example,several key problems in the process of cadastral database construction are analyzed,including data quality control in cadastral database construction,scientific and rational division of cadastral area and cadastral sub-area,etc.It reduces the workload and improves the speed of data processing for the construction of database.Through the work of registration and certification of rural collective land ownership,the basic situation of ownership,boundary,area and use of each collective land in Jiujiang County has been thoroughly investigated;the registration and certification of rural collective land ownership according to law has been confirmed,the real basic data of rural collective land has been grasped,and the land survey,land statistics and land registration system has been further established and improved to meet the needs of economic and social development.It lays a foundation for the circulation of rural collective land and is conducive to the realization and promotion of the reform of rural collective land property rights system.
