In recent years,the rapid development of the Internet technology and e-commerce industry has brought about the continued prosperity of the express delivery industry.The express delivery sorting center is an important place in the express delivery process,where express delivery is classified and distributed.Due to reasons such as unreasonable sorting equipment and work flow,the sorting process of express delivery often suffers from low sorting efficiency,sorting errors,excessive sorting personnel fatigue and physical strain.Seriously restrict the rapid progress of the express logistics industry and economy.Human factors engineering is a discipline that studies the overall system of human-machine-environment,and considers the problems of human physical and mental health and work efficiency during the operation process.Therefore,applying the concept of human factors engineering in the express delivery industry,and optimizing the design of the human-machine interaction interface in express sorting operations are of great significance for improving sorting efficiency,reducing sorting costs,and enhancing the competitiveness of express delivery enterprises.This article analyzes the process of express sorting operations,then elaborate and analyze the equipment that directly interacts with people,and finds the problems in the sorting operations;then it will combine the human factors to transform the problems into human factors Problems,put forward 6 personal factors evaluation indicators for express sorting operations,and discussed the evaluation criteria of each index;Then,the analytic index system of human factors for sorting operations was established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and corresponding calculation and analysis were carried out.Two major problems that need to be solved during sorting operations were found,namely,working posture and appliance design.Then,for the sorting operation of small express delivery,through the MOD method and the OWAS method,combining human physiological characteristics and device design principles in ergonomics,an ergonomic optimization plan is proposed for the operation process and equipment of the operation;The simulation software establishes a virtual model and defines job tasks.Through the ergonomic analysis of the operator's reachable area,working posture,and lower back stress,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is confirmed.Then analyze the existing service interface,first determine the user and user activities,and then analyze the user habits and preferences through a questionnaire,combined with the existing sorting interface in terms of information structure,style layout,interactive vision,Summarize the shortcomings.Next,we discussed the design principles of the software interactive interface with reference to the concept of usability,followed by structural,functional,and visual design,and conducted usability tests to confirm the feasibility of the service interface optimization scheme.
