Financial managers play an important role in financial enterprises,and they hold the economic lifeline of the enterprise.At present,enterprises pay more attention to the development and utilization of human resources,especially financial management personnel.The past management methods have shown obvious inapplicability.The personnel management model based on the competency model has emerged as the times require.In management practice Shows a clear advantage.Although Chinese scholars have done more research on the competence of personnel,they have not yet established a systematic quality model.This article is based on reference and borrowing from foreign research results,combined with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises to conduct research.The questionnaire survey method and the literature analysis method are used to analyze the status quo of the competency of the financial management personnel of JD Finance Group.At the same time,the construction and application of the competency model of the financial management personnel are explored using the expert score and analytic hierarchy process.The study found that JD Finance Group's financial managers still have some shortcomings in management,especially in terms of the quality of financial managers,performance appraisal and training methods that do not match the actual needs of the group.After screening and supplementing the characteristic indicators of the competency of financial managers,three I-level indicators and 14 II-level indicators were determined.On this basis,the weights of these indicators are calculated by means of expert scoring.Through consistency analysis,it is found that the model is relatively reasonable in terms of index selection and index weight,which is in line with the actual needs of JD Finance Group.It can provide references for corporate selection,recruitment and appointment of financial management personnel,and can also be used for financial management Staff's business training and performance appraisal.
