With the continuous improvement of my country's national economy, the development needs of science and technology and engineering construction continue to increase. The monitoring and prevention of geological disasters, the mining and utilization of underground resources, and the prevention of collapse and collapse of engineering construction have become inevitable in the development of the national economy. The real problem. In order to solve the problem of instability of surrounding rock in deep underground engineering and satisfy the continuous exploration of underground resources by human beings, the concept of anchor cable is proposed, and the degree of force support has become one of the directions for exploring underground engineering. At present, because of its low cost, easy operation, and good supporting effect, the anchor cable has become one of the important methods for landslide monitoring, underground mining and other engineering construction surrounding rock protection. However, the traditional anchor cable has its own structural characteristics and material properties.Constraint,in the case of excessive external force, the damage of the rock mass can easily exceed the strength of the anchor cable itself, which will cause the signs of anchor cable fracture, and the surrounding rock cannot be well reinforced. Therefore,in 2010,Academician He Manchao developed a new type of high constant resistance energy absorption anchor cable based on the ideological theory of "overcoming rigidity with softness and combining rigidity with flexibility" through in-depth research on new natural materials and new micro-scale structures, which broke the traditional low strength of anchor cables.,The shortcomings of low bearing capacity and small measuring length have been unanimously recognized by experts at home and abroad. This experiment intends to focus on the experimental study of the new structure effect of the high constant resistance energy absorption anchor cable at the macro scale, through the HWL-2000 constant resistance large deformation anchor cable static tensile test system of the China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing),HZ-200000 J constant resistance large deformation The anchor cable drop hammer impact test system is used to test the new characteristics of the anchor cable under static tension conditions and dynamic impact conditions. The high constant resistance energy absorption anchor cable is studied, and the engineering simulation is carried out through the method of numerical simulation.Through research,it is concluded that:(1)Whether it is a static tensile test or a dynamic impact test, butter is used as the filling material of the high constant resistance energy absorption anchor cable, that is,the constant resistance effect appears, and the constant resistance value is higher. The constant resistance effect is better than other objects.Better.(2)The constant resistance value of the 4-slot constant-resistance body is about 350 KN,which is better than the constant-resistance effect of the 3-slot and 6-slot.(3)FLAC3D numerical simulation compares ordinary anchor cables with high constant resistance energy absorbing anchor cables, and it is found that the high constant resistance energy absorbing anchor cables have much more restraining effects on the surrounding rock in practical engineering applications. In summary, the mechanical properties of the high constant resistance energy absorption anchor cable show a good constant resistance effect, have a strong supporting effect on the surrounding rock, and can be used in underground projects such as slopes and tunnels with poor engineering geology.Figure 104;Table 10;Reference 53...
