With the continuous development of medical imaging technology,the amount of data to be processed by positron emission tomography(PET)equipment is increasing,and the demand for data processing and visualization systems is getting stronger.Most of the visualization systems on the market are two-dimensional slice imaging of PET reconstruction data.For the stages before reconstruction,such as acquisition and conformity,it needs to be processed in stages,which cannot achieve a complete process.Therefore,for PET equipment,there is an increasing need for a software system that integrates acquisition,coincidence,reconstruction,correction and visualization.In response to the software requirements of PET equipment,the concentration data of PET and the existing visualization system were analyzed,and a visualization system based on PET concentration data was designed.The programmable rendering pipeline technology of QT and Open GL was used to realize the concentration data based on PET.Visualization system.Based on the two-dimensional slice visualization of most visualization systems on the market,the Open GL programmable rendering pipeline technology is used to achieve three-dimensional visualization based on concentration data.And a set of programmable rendering framework is built to realize the key functions such as model import,texture loading,camera configuration,shader link,etc.,providing a complete function and interface for the rendering module.In order to achieve real-time performance and research analysis under a large amount of data,we used cluster analysis for data processing.At the same time,the rendering performance is optimized by using CPU and GPU parallel computing,file reading and writing,shader optimization,and instanced rendering technology to realize the visualization system in the software system.The visualization system successfully runs on multiple platforms and meets the expected rendering effect.It is displayed in the form of two-dimensional visualization and three-dimensional visualization,which is more convenient for PET researchers to diagnose and analyze.
