Since the reform and opening up,Zhejiang Province has formed a distinctive regional "block economy" industrial cluster pattern by relying on its marketing advantages based on the professional market and the system advantages of the private economy as the main body,creating an industrial cluster from a small resource province to a large economic province."Economic miracle".However,under the current economic two-wheel drive,diversified market demand puts forward higher requirements for enterprises or products,and industrial clusters should play a greater role in the transformation of enterprises.At the same time,the quality chain should be an important part of the sound supply chain in the process of enterprise transformation,especially the diffusion of quality technology innovation in industrial clusters.To this end,this article focuses on the diffusion of quality technology innovation,considering the complex network characteristics of industrial clusters,and modeling and simulating the quality technology innovation decisions and diffusion of industrial cluster participants in various situations based on evolutionary game and SIS diffusion theory.,In order to provide decision-making support and policy reference for the government and enterprises' quality and technological innovation decision-making.The main contents include:First of all,this paper uses complex networks to characterize the technical relationships formed by long-term technical cooperation between enterprises in industrial clusters,and analyzes the components of the quality technology innovation system,forming a complex network of quality technology innovation in industrial clusters.Secondly,by analyzing the decision-making process of enterprises in the complex network of industrial cluster quality and technological innovation,based on the evolutionary game,the quality and technological innovation decision-making behavior and evolution mechanism of the node enterprises in the network are analyzed,combining pure market mechanism,government intervention and market dual mechanism,Corporate social responsibility-government intervention-market triple mechanism and other multiple situations,respectively construct the evolutionary game model of quality technology innovation.Then,considering the diffusion characteristics of quality technology innovation in the complex network of industrial cluster quality technology innovation and its difference with technological innovation diffusion,based on the SIS diffusion theory to analyze its diffusion process,the formation of an evolutionary game-based industrial cluster quality technology innovation complex Network diffusion model.Finally,indicators such as diffusion depth,diffusion speed,distance benefit are proposed,and simulation examples are designed to evaluate the diffusion effect of quality technology innovation in the complex network of quality technology in industrial clusters.The research results show that the overall scale of industrial clusters,the government subsidy coefficient,and the social benefit coefficient of corporate responsibility have a positive effect on the diffusion effect of quality technological innovation;the diffusion of quality technological innovation has a distance attenuation effect,and the “closer” to the source of innovation(The more frequent technology exchanges)potential companies are more inclined to adopt behavior;compared with companies that are far from the innovation source,multiple mechanisms have a greater impact on the companies that are far from the innovation source,but with the influence coefficient of different mechanisms With the increase of quality technology innovation,the distance attenuation effect caused by the diffusion of quality technological innovation will gradually reduce the income difference of adopting enterprises.
