Although mechanical automation has been widely used in various industries,but the specific situation still need artificial material weight assignment,big load forces,fire and other fields,in particular,the long-term load job would lead to the human body muscle fatigue damage,through the use of reasonable weight auxiliary equipment,can effectively reduce muscle damage operational staff,improve work efficiency.With the continuous improvement of mechanization,use the exoskeleton machinery to assist human homework problems become the focus of research in recent years,most of the exoskeleton technology at home and abroad is still in the development and improvement stage and its bearing and power efficiency especially for the wearer load ability and ability of the motor remains to be rigorous scientific assessment.Therefore,exoskeleton performance evaluation system has become an important basis to distinguish the performance of various exoskeletons.In this study,the mechanical load exoskeleton as the research object,combining the theory of ergonomics and the fatigue life experiment,to explore the exoskeleton in humancomputer interaction in the process of performance,the exoskeleton of the system performance evaluation strategy,from the exoskeletons of local power performance to the exoskeletons of comprehensive human dynamical performance experiments to explore,designed and developed the exoskeleton fatigue life test platform,To investigate the fatigue life of key components of the exoskeleton during long operation.The main research contents of this include:(1)on the local power performance evaluation methods of the exoskeleton research,research subjects wear/no exoskeleton load,under different working condition of large area of lower limb muscle electromyographic signal(strands of rectus muscle,calf and hamstring),explore the square integral electromyographic signal mapping relationship and human body movement of energy consumption,through the electromyographic signal for the research of exoskeleton local power performance,The research method of multi-point force feedback acquisition system was designed,and a distributed force feedback test system was built to study the change rule of multiple pressure points on shoulder and plantar under different working conditions of wearing exoskeleton load,and evaluate the load-bearing performance of exoskeleton.(2)In view of the exoskeleton of the evaluation of comprehensive power performance research,sampling analysis of human respiratory rhythm,physical quality,gait is used to external skeletal man-made factors such as comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism,the influence of the test subjects wearing/don't wear an exoskeleton oxygen consumption under different working condition,to explore the influence law of various kinds of people because of the factors of oxygen consumption,Analyze how well the exoskeleton helped the subjects.(3)Evaluate and experiment the key components of the exoskeleton,explore the motion rules of human lower limb joints,build the fatigue life test platform of the knee joint,establish the mapping model of knee joint Angle and knee joint torque,and carry out fatigue life test by carrying the test prototype on the fatigue life test platform.
