With the development of mobile devices and social media,more and more people tend to use social media platforms to publish their knowledge and ideas.When a disaster event occurs,a large number of users will participate and release information related to the disaster.Collecting and processing the disaster information including geographic location can obtain the scope and extent of the typhoon,which is of unique value for risk prevention and emergency response.However,not all social media data can be used,and some data may contain intentional or unintentional errors.Using these wrong information to make decisions when a disaster occurs may affect actual rescue operations and even endanger lives.Therefore,while big data brings convenience,in the face of a large amount of false and spam information in social media platforms,how to filter and screen,and extract true and credible disaster information is the bottleneck of social media data for disaster analysis.Based on the existing research in the fields of computer science and communication,this research started from the perspectives of geography and disaster science,and evaluated the credibility of disaster theme data in social media data.Therefore,the social media data used in this study are all sourced from the Sina platform,this research first collected typhoon-related disaster information from the Microblog platform,used the Latent Dirichlet Allocation topic model to analyze the topic category of the Microblog text,and selected the text data related to the disaster type.Then,it analyzes the expression characteristics of Microblog information of typhoon disaster events,and uses Conditional Random Field combined with dictionary methods to extract the attribute information of disaster events in the text.Finally,studied the composition structure and spatiotemporal relationship of the typhoon disaster chain,and sorted out the typhoon disaster chain mechanism accordingly.This paper designed a method for evaluating the credibility of the Microblog content of typhoon disaster events based on the temporal and spatial relationship.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Construction of disaster keyword database and disaster chain loss structure diagram: aiming at the disaster category,disaster-bearing body,and disaster impact of typhoon disasters,the disaster keyword database was sorted out and constructed by consulting related literature,books and Microblog texts.Through the combination of the disaster keyword database and the conditional random field,the accuracy of disaster entity recognition can be improved.Considering the disaster conditions of the typhoon disaster chain sub-category from the hazard factors and the disaster-pregnant environment,a typhoon disaster chain sub-category judgment table was constructed.The construction of the judgment table was conducive to the formulation of causality rules based on the disaster chain.(2)Design of credibility evaluation rules based on temporal and spatial relationships:by analyzing the structural composition of typhoon disaster events and the expression characteristics of the information contained in the corresponding Microblog text,the temporal and spatial relationships of entities related to typhoon disaster events were clarified.Combining the typhoon disaster chain sub-category judgment table and the spatiotemporal relationship between entities,a credibility evaluation rule based on the spatiotemporal relationship was proposed.(3)Design of Microblog credibility evaluation method based on time-space relationship: in the early stage of Microblog release,when the basic characteristics of Microblog were not obvious,the problem of giving low credibility to valuable Microblog.This paper first builds a credibility evaluation index system based on the basic characteristics of Microblog,considers the time-space relationship of the content of Microblog,and proposed a credibility evaluation method that integrates the time-space relationship and the basic characteristics of Microblog.Based on the above results,this research proposes the Microblog credibility evaluation method of typhoon disaster events based on time-space relationship.By combining with the disaster visualization system,real and credible disaster data can be screened out for statistical analysis and visual display,which can provide a reference for emergency decision-making in typhoon disaster events.
