Under the background of knowledge economy and globalization,more and more enterprises turn to small and medium volume,many kinds of order production,product demand is gradually diversified and personalized,and tend to production line production,in order to quickly respond to the market,the Internet of things as an advanced manufacturing mode is more and more attention by many manufacturing industries.Based on the actual production,the NFJ company's multi order and multi assembly line hybrid assembly shop scheduling is an example,and the process of product assembly process of complex process constraints and dynamic disturbance,the paper proposed a multi order dynamic process model based on radio frequency technology(RFID).The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:.1.Equilibrium modeling and solving of single line mixed flow assembly line.Firstly,the problem of multi line mixed assembly line balancing problem is transformed into a single line balancing problem.The characteristics of hybrid assembly line are analyzed,and the model is designed based on the balance layer and the ordered layer.2.Modeling and solving of optimal scheduling for multi line mixed flow assembly line.The optimal decision model is established in order to minimize the maximum completion time,the accuracy of the maximum completion time and the lowest cost and quality loss.The design is based on the source of the elite reservation strategy to improve the genetic algorithm.3.Modeling and solving of the dynamic process assembly workshop.The dynamic scheduling problem is described in detail.According to the real-timeproduction data acquired by RFID,the deviation of the dynamic assembly process and the original production plan is calculated,and a variety of adaptive rescheduling policies are set up,and a numerical example is given.4.Using the Internet of things technology,a multi order multi assembly line scheduling solution based on RFID is proposed,which is based on the intelligent assembly,intelligent planning and intelligent monitoring and control.The RFID technology is used to realize the real-time and accuracy of the workshop floor production data.5.Simulation implementation and case study of multi order dynamic process assembly shop scheduling simulation interface,and the research and analysis of the assembly shop scheduling algorithm and scheduling strategy based on the previous chapters,A multi order dynamic process assembly shop scheduling optimization system based on the improved genetic algorithm is developed,and the practical example of NFJ company is carried out.
