RFID (Radio Frequency Id entification) te chnology, is a kind of non-T ouch automatic identification technology by use of wireless communication, which is a perfect co mbination of wireless comm unications and autom atic identif ication technology. As one of the m ost promising IT technologies in the 21st century , RFID technology has been widely used in the supply chain logistics m anagement, public administration, personnel m anagement access contro l, governm ent application an d consumer application in the field. Apply RFID technology to LP G bottling industry will greatly enhance the industry's technology level.By analysis the current situation and ch aracteristics of the LPG industry , and reference R FID technology application exam ples in other fields, the issue raise a detailed scheme to apply RFID in the LPG filling industry.First of all, on the basis of discuss th e RFID technology's emerge, development, composition, operating principle, working proc esses, the advantages com pared with other au tomatic identif ication tech nologies an d the curr ent situ ation of the LPG cylinder filling industry at hom e and abroad, point out the meaning of the issue and the technical difficulties need to be solved., and then Put forward two goals by use of RFID technology: LPG cylinders'safety management on the all life cycle, To achieve accurate filling.Then this article analysis the working principle and function of the actual chain filling line. To achieve the target, set five RFID read and write position in the original production line and discuss the function of each station , on this basis, raise a reasonable allocation to the entire R FID monitoring system hardware(server, switch, industrial com puter, client m anagement computer , RFID equipm ent,proximity switches and digital input and output m odule and so on). Select Delphi to program, and SQL Server to organize the database.In the monitoring program, because the five RFID read and write station should parallel work at the sam e time, we use m ulti-threading technology programming. By way of flow chart, illustrate the working process and logic relation of every thread. By experiments confirmed that the RFID monitoring system is running well and achieved the desired purpose.Finally, according to the concept of'Internet of things', discuss the LPG cylinder information networking that with RFID technology as the core, to further strengthen the macro control, to improve the industry safety and other issues.
