| With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry,the injection molding industry has become an important field that demands intelligent workshop scheduling.However,due to the complexity of the injection molding workshop production line and the uncertainty of customer orders,traditional manual scheduling methods can no longer meet the needs of industry development,and a more effective scheduling method is needed.This article proposes a flexible job shop scheduling scheme based on genetic algorithm for the injection molding industry workshop scheduling problem,which is implemented in conjunction with an advanced planning and scheduling system.The system can automatically adjust production plans and production lines to achieve better production efficiency and benefits.Firstly,this article analyzes the characteristics and challenges of injection molding workshop scheduling,including the complexity of tasks,the flexibility of production lines,and the uncertainty of orders.Based on these challenges,a genetic algorithmbased injection molding workshop scheduling scheme is proposed.Genetic algorithm is an optimization algorithm that can simulate biological evolution principles.It has global optimization capability and parallel computing capability,which can efficiently solve complex multi-objective optimization problems.In this article,genetic algorithm is applied to the injection molding industry workshop scheduling problem,and a fitness function is designed to continuously optimize the scheduling scheme through genetic encoding,crossover,mutation and other operations,finally obtaining the optimal workshop scheduling scheme.Secondly,this article validates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme through experiments.In the experiments,actual production data of a certain enterprise is simulated and calculated.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the production efficiency and benefits of the workshop.Finally,this article introduces the implementation method of the advanced planning and scheduling system.The system is mainly based on the genetic algorithm framework,front-end and back-end frameworks,and database technology,and can automatically schedule and optimize production plans.Combined with genetic algorithm,it can make production scheduling work more efficient.In summary,this article proposes a flexible job shop scheduling scheme based on genetic algorithm for the injection molding industry workshop scheduling problem,which is implemented in the system,making workshop scheduling in the injection molding industry more efficient and intelligent.The scheme can effectively solve the multi-objective optimization problems in the injection molding industry workshop scheduling,and can automatically adjust production plans and production lines to achieve better production efficiency and benefits. |
