With the rapid development of electronic technology,electromagnetic waves were widely used.But the electromagnetic radiation ha s continued to increase.It caused harm to human health.However,the electromagnetic absorbing materials can be greatly reduced electromagnetic energy.They ensure that the transmitted electromagnetic wave does not cause harmful effects on human or electrical equipment.Therefore,to develop a good development performance absorbing material is important.Metal organic framework compound(MOF)has unique porous metal structure,open frame,low density,adjustable shape,which has a significant advantage in material template synthesis.This paper chose MOF as a template to prepare the excellent absorbing materials.And to explore the microwave absorption properties and relationships between the MOF cation doping and anion replacing.The main research results are as follows:Chosed PVP-K30 and SDBS as surfactant,through Prussian blue reaction,Co3O4and Co C2were got respectively.Cubic structure ZIF 67 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method.Based on synthesizing the pure phase,Mn was doped into the materials.It has a certain influence for electromagnetic wave absorption performance.Doping had improved microwave absorption properties of the original sample,and could change the absorption peak frequency.This has certain reference for us to study other microwave materials.Nano copper oxide compounds and nickel oxide compounds was synthesized by hydrothermal method.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the materials.The electromagnetic parameters of Cu2O,Cu7.2S4,Cu2Se,Ni O,Ni S,Ni Se composites were characterized by vector network analyzer.In copper chalcogenide-paraffin system,with an increasing thickness,the minimum reflection loss peak moved from high to low.When the coating thickness was 1.6 mm,Cu7.2S4-paraffin frequency absorption peak appears at 17.2 GHz,the minimum reflection loss was-36.6 d B,and the half bandwidth was 2.56 GHz.for Cu2Se-paraffin,when the coating thickness of 1.5 mm,its frequency absorption peak was 11.76 GHz,the reflection loss was-27.5 d B and the bandwidth was 2.48 GHz.In nickel chalcogenide-paraffin system,with an increasing thickness,the maximum reflection loss peak moving from high to low also.When the coati ng thickness was 2 mm,the Ni O absorption peaks appear small reflection losses was-12.68 d B at 12.8 GHz.The Ni S minimum reflectance was-31.93 d B,the frequency response was 7.52 GHz with a sample thickness of 3 mm and the bandwidth was 2GHz.At a frequency of 8.24 GHz,Ni Se reflection loss reached-41.22 GHz,the bandwidth was 1.6 GHz(7.52?9.12 GHz)and the sample thickness was only 2.2 mm.This indicated that Ni S and Ni Se were good microwave absorbing materials,and Ni Se had more excellent performance.
