With the development of large-scale aquaculture and poultry farming,veterinary drugs were widely used in disease prevention and treatment.Therefore,the specification using and products safety has attracted more and more attention.So it is necessary to investigate the accurate,simple,highly effective,applicability detection method.The research of drugs metabolism in animals and the investigation of drugs utilization and residue has the very good guidance and reference value for drug use in production and food safety risk regulation.This article mainly has carried on the research of the following three aspects:1.The effect of the pretreatment process were compared and optimized,including different extractant,enzyme amount,different purification column and so on,the analysis method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for testing the residues of ribavirin in aquatic products and poultry samples.Which method has wide applicability,high sensitivity and suitable for complex samples(e.g.,soft-shelled turtle and other aquatic products),and solved the problem of the target sensitivity low,meet the needs of its residual analysis.And then applies the method to detect a number of chickens and turtle samples,some turtle with ribavirin were found,it can provide reference for the relevant department of food safety risk.2.A liquid chromatography method was developed and optimized for enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin in aquatic products.The method is simple,less reagent consumables,quantitative accuracy and applicability.Then the test how enrofloxacin gets metabolized in aquatic animals was performanced in turtle and snakehead.It can play a reference and instructive role for actual production.3.The effects of different extractant,purification pattern,matrix effects were compared and optimized,the analysis method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for detecting the quinolone residue in poultry and eggs samples.This method is applicability,high sensitivity,simple operation,low cost,and it can be used in massive samples.Then,according to this method,the 19 batches of chickens and 135 batches of eggs samples from production base and market were tested.And it has the very good practical significance for quinolones residual investigation.
