Due to materials,processing craft and condition of working face coal seam,coal winning machine arm produce strong vibration in use process.It is not only to make the cutter tooth fracture failure.Running in vibration for a long time,the part will fatigue,fracture failure,etc.At the same time,the strong vibration will lead to the deformation of inside and outside circle of the bearing components,the deformation even damage of the rolling body.Vibration response analysishas important role for judgement of coal winning machine of the rocker arm operation analysis,fault diagnosis.This paper simplified the radial transmission system model.And then in view of the simplified model,using the lumped parameter method,analysis of the vibration response of transmission system of shearer,established the dynamic equation model.Gears in the transmission system have been calculated time-varying meshing stiffness,gear mesh damping and bearing stiffness and damping of the bearing.And the curve fitting method was adopted,got the function of the stiffness change.Using numerical method,numerical solution of dynamic differential equations are obtained.Through numerical solution,study the vibration characteristics of the parts.Secondly,in this paper,the radial transmission system has carried on the three-dimensional model,and the three-dimensional model into Adams dynamic simulation experiment.Simulation of radial transmission system by the condition of the constant load,the transmission system is obtained by simulation vibration characteristics of each part,compared with the simulation results and the numerical analysis.Established the model of cylindrical roller bearing,the import has carried on the dynamic simulation in Adams,the load on the bearing inner ring is relatively complete effect on the model,get the transverse vibration of the bearing outer ring.Finally,in the company within the workshop,for specific types of coal winning machine radial vibration test experiment.On the rocker arm of shearer choose specific measurement point,get the vibration data of measurement point.Analysis the source of vibration on measurement point,make the FFT on the data of measurement point,get the vibration frequency,the numerical and experimental results were compared with the simulation results,to prove the validity of the model,get the vibration characteristics of the components.
