Vibratory drilling has proved to be practically superior to conventional drilling in that it has a high processing accuracy,a long tool life,a low cutting temperature,and a chip that is not easily clogged.However,as a branch of vibration cutting technology,vibratory drilling has many theories and mechanisms are still immature,and it is still at an initial stage compared to other metal cutting processing technologies.The development and improvement of vibratory cutting theory and the popularization and application of vibratory drilling technology are problems that need to be solved urgently.The development of low-frequency vibration table is conducive to the development and improvement of vibration cutting theory and the application of vibration drilling technology.However,the development and improvement of the excitation device has become a key factor in its practicality.In this paper,a new type of low-frequency vibration table with high axial vibration frequency with low input shaft speed is developed.The main researches are as follows:(1)The overall structure and working principle of the two new types of low frequency vibration tables were analyzed,and two new types of vibration tables were compared and selected.The amplitude adjustment principle and overall layout of the selected new low-frequency vibration table are analyzed.(2)Based on the stress analysis of the new low frequency vibration table,the spring coefficient of the low frequency vibration table,the selection of the motor,the belt wheel,The whole structure of the box is designed and analyzed.(3)Startng from the contact theory,based on the contact theory,combined with MATLAB's powerful calculation and solving functions,the contact stress at any contour point of the cam is calculated to provide a basis for checking the contact strength of the cam.Based on the theory of elastic flow,combined with the contact model of the roller follower disc cam mechanism,the minimum oil film thickness of cam elastohydrodynamic lubrication at different profile points was calculated,and the corresponding calculation program was compiled using MATLAB.(4)Use ANSYS Workbench software to perform modal analysis on the workbench and the vibration table,solve the resonance frequency of the workbench and the vibration table,and determine whether the vibration table structure will generate resonance.The virtual machine software ADAMS and finite element software ANSYS were used to simulate the flexible motion of the vibration table.The vibration table vibration and the table distortion were studied under different working frequencies.The load in ADAMS was imported into the vibration machine in ANSYS.Stress and strain were analyzed.The vibration characteristics of the vibration table were tested.The analysis results proved the rationality of the low frequency vibration table design.Provide more options for later vibration drilling test equipment.
