Study On Preparation And Application Of Archaize Mulberry Paper

Chemical-mechanical method was used to preparation of mulberry bark pulp.The influences of different reaction conditions to cooking,beating,bleaching were studied in this study,the performance of mulberry bark pulp were characterized.Second,the performance of different quantitative special pure mulberry bark paper which preparation by machine and manual was discussed.An experiment of making pure bark mulberry paper with mulberry bark pulp,wheat straw pulp,coniferous wood pulp was carried out.The influences of different pulp species and ratio to the mechanics and optics performance of painting and calligraphy paper were studied.Third,the influences of concentration of ink,color of ink and species of paper to the printing effect of brush-printing were studied.The main results are as follows:(1)Chemical-mechanical method was used to preparation of mulberry bark pulp.The technological process is raw materials preparation-cooking-beating-bleaching.After raw materials preparation,part phloem fiber in the raw materials is separated from outer skin.After cooking,the residual gum rate of mulberry bark pulp is 3.04%,the kappa number is 16.0.After pulping,the residual gum rate and kappa number of mulberry bark pulp decreased,the fiber length reduced to 1.508mm.After double-stage bleaching,the whiteness of pulp is 75.4%,PC number is 0.22%.(2)Special pure mulberry bark paper preparation by machine and Manual.With the improvement of quantitative,the tightness and mechanical performance of special pure mulberry bark paper is improved.Under the same quantitative,the mechanical properties of machine special pure mulberry bark paper is better than manual special pure mulberry bark paper.Special pure machine mulberry bark paper,with 30g/m2 quantitative,basically satisfy the industry standards requirement of painting and calligraphy paper.The whiteness of mechanical mulberry bark paper is 73.9%,the tensile index is 19.8N·m/g,the tearing is 476 mN,the tightness is 0.25g/cm3.(3)An experiment of making pure bark mulberry paper with mulberry bark pulp,wheat straw pulp,coniferous wood pulp was carried out.Getting the best ratio of pure bark mulberry paper,it is 70%of mulberry pulp,10%of wheat straw pulp,20%of coniferous wood pulp.The optical,mechanical and physical properties of pure bark mulberry paper which preparation by three kinds of pulp is better than the pure bark mulberry paper which preparation by two kinds of pulp.The whiteness of optimal proportion's pure bark mulberry paper is 75.4%,the tensile index is 24.1N·m/g,the tearing is 434mN,the tightness is 0.34g/cm3.Compared with special pure mulberry bark paper,it has a better mechanical properties and higher tightnes.(4)Ink concentration influences the diffusion speed of ink on the paper surface,the print resolution and the advanced level.The effect on different color of ink for the print effects of picture's different parts is different.The print effect of brush-printing of optimal proportion's pure bark mulberry paper is the best one,both in print resolution and advanced level.The print effect of brush-printing of optimal proportion's pure bark mulberry paper is better than mechanical special pure mulberry bark paper.The print effect of brush-printing of mechanical special pure mulberry bark paper is better than manual special pure mulberry bark paper.
