The Investigation And Experimental Analysis Of The Craft Of Qian'an Mulberry Paper

Mulberry paper is one of the important components of traditional Chinese handmade paper.It has been playing a role in the spread of history and culture for thousands of years.Due to the development of machinery modernization,the handmade paper industry has been at a low point,and many precious types of handmade paper are facing many challenges and are gradually dying out.Qian'an hand-made papermaking skills were selected into the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection List of Hebei Province in 2007.Qian'an hand-made mulberry paper is gray in color and delicate in texture.This paper takes Hebei Qian'an handmade mulberry paper as the research object,investigates the traditional handmade papermaking process and conducts experimental research on the paper,discusses the immaterial inheritance of traditional handmade skills and considers its protection and development countermeasures.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.Document research on the traditional papermaking history of Qian'an Mulberry Paper,sorting out the four periods of traceability,development,innovation,heyday,and decline,sort out the important figures and major events in the development of Qian'an Mulberry Paper,and analyze and conclude that Qian'an Papermaking began before the Song Dynasty or before the Song Dynasty.It developed rapidly during the Ming and Qing Dynasties and innovated in the late Qing Dynasty.It reached its peak in the 1980 s.2.Through field investigations,field visits,visits to handicraft successors,and other methods,the specific processes of the production equipment,production tools and production processes of Qian'an Mulberry Paper were recorded and photographed,and compared with the traditional manual papermaking process recorded in the literature.Obtain first-hand information,summarize the characteristics of its papermaking process and compare it with the four mulberry paper manufacturing processes in other regions.Comparing the processes in the literature,we can see that the processes used are more modernized in terms of tools,and the raw material ratio has also been improved.3.Experiments were carried out on the four kinds of handmade mulberry paper obtained by the investigation.Through some basic physical performance tests,mechanical tests,paper wettability and ink wettability tests,the experimental data was summarized and problems related to the manufacturing process were analyzed to improve Paper quality provides reference and reference.In terms of whiteness,the length of bleaching time affects the degree of whiteness.Ancient mulberry paper has a short bleaching time,so the whiteness is low;in terms of mechanics,pure color mulberry paper has the highest tensile strength,probably because its raw material is close to 100% mulberry.The fiber bonding is better when beating.In terms of wettability and ink wettability,the ancient mulberry paper is superior to the other three types of paper.The performance of traditional Korean paper and Sangpi calligraphy paper are not much different,it may be that the same waste paper edge is added.4.Summarize the existing sales,labor,raw materials and environmental constraints of Qian'an Sangpi Paper Handmade Paper Crafts Intangible Cultural Heritage,and put forward specific suggestions and solutions for the protection and development of inheritors and skills.This article selects Qian'an handmade mulberry paper for research,and makes a comprehensive and systematic record of its traditional manual processes from the perspective of the history of science and technology.It organizes,analyzes,and discusses the data measured in the experiment to provide suggestions for the subsequent development of Qian'an mulberry paper It also provides new ideas for the inheritance and protection of traditional crafts.
