The international standards for artificial and synthetic fiber (BIS-FA) think that yocell is a new cellulose fiber which has natural cellulose as raw material and heterocyclic organic solvent NMMO morpHoline aqueous solution as solvent. It dissolves cellulose into cellulose solution directly and then denominates through coagulation bath exhalation. The production process is friendly to environment. The production of regenerated fiber products not only has the same comfort as cotton fiber, but also has good mechanical properties like viscose fiber.Currently the main raw material of the preparation of regenerated fibers is wood pulp by NMMO dissolves method in dustrialized production. Due to the source of wood pulp is limited by land resources, growth cycle and cost, etc. It cannot satisfy the needs of production. The mulberry resources of our country is rich. The planting area of mulberry is5.33×105hm2. After picking mulberry for sericulture, there are a huge number of abandoned mulberry branch every year. If every hectare of scrap mulberry branch can yield nearly1500kg mulberry field mulberry fibre, it would be a very rich source of wood fiber. Choosing ramulus mori leather as the raw material of renewable fiber, not only because the cost is low, but also because ramulus mori skin contains a large number of natural flavonoids substances which is beneficial to human body. These flavonoids have strong antioxidant properties. They can inhibit the leakage of inflammatory enzyme. They slao can promote wound healing and relief pain. They are applicable to more sensitive disease treatment, therefore using ramulus mori skin fiber as raw material can develop textiles which has certain health care function, In short, the development of renewable fiber by making use of ramulus mori skins is conducive to protecting the limited forest resources and is also conducive to the efficient utilization of mulberry resource. In this paper, the research developed from the following points. Firstly, refering to Ramie Chemical Composition Quantitative Analysis Method (GB5889-86) and analysising the composition of mulberry fibre. Secondly, exploring mulberry degumming method to reserve the mulberry flavonoids. Thirdly, preparation and spinning of regeneration mulberry fibre spinning dope. Fourthly, extraction and determination of flavonoids in mulberry fibre and regeneration mulberry fibre. Fifthly, the structure and mechanical performance test of mulberry fibre and renewable mulberry fibre. Sixthly, the study on moisture absorption performance of regeneration mulberry fibre.Through the experiment we can find that mulberry fibre contains4.23%fatty waxy,11.62%water soluble content,10.87%pectin,17.23%hemicellulose,11.48%lignin and44.57%cellulose. We can use mulberry as raw materials to improve traditional degumming technology and use NMMO morpHoline to prepare regeneration of mulberry fibre which is rich in natural flavonoids and has good mechanical performance. The technical parameters of degumming process were as follows:the NaOH concentration(0.5mol/L), temperature95℃for2.5h, PH=5. The degummed mulberry bark was dissolved by NMMO·H2O(mass ratio1:17, temperature95℃) and precipitated in water coagulating bath referred to the manufacturing process of Lyocell fiber. The strength of regenerated mulberry fiber was2.83cN/dtex, break elongation was5.04%, general flavones reservation rate was69.04%. Through infrared spectrum testing, we could find that the mulberry fibre which was regeneration belonged to typical cellulose fibre and the crystallinity which calculated through X-ray diffraction was52.45%. It was higher than that of ordinary viscose fiber. The put or wet absorption moisture regain of regeneration of mulberry fibre is11.21%and15.89%, respectively. It has more excellent moisture absorption performance than cotton and flax.Traditional degumming ramulus mori skin adopt strong acid and strong alkaline method. And ramulus mori skin which contains flavonoids is easy broken in strong acid or alkali solution. In this study, we improve the traditional ramulus mori skin degumming methods, such as introducing NMMO as solvent, referring to Lyocell fiber preparation technology and preparing regeneration of mulberry fibre which is rich in natural flavonoids and has good mechanical and moisture absorption performance. It provides technical support for the development of functional fiber resources and effective utilization of mulberry resource.
