This paper mainly studies the property,mechanism and influence factors of fuzzing and pilling property based on the hydroentangled nonwoven wiping material,so as to deepen the understanding of fuzzing and pilling process and seek the effective way to reduce it.Spun-lace nonwovens possess the ability of flexibility,hygroscopicity and removal the absorption and dust,which have a wide range of applications on wipes.The pilling phenomenon have a negative impact on the use of wipes,so it is very necessary to study the fuzzing and pilling property.The fuzzing and pilling process of spun-lace nonwovens can be divided into fuzz formation,tangled into a pill,the growth of the pill and pill of.In order to occur pilling,there must be a certain number of labs.The entanglement of loop hair with loop hair and loop hair with end hair make it happen.During this process,the fiber surface will be damaged and even twisted.The dynamic model of fuzzing and pilling on spun-lace nonwoven fabric is studied In this paper basis of predecessors' research.The Martin Dyer method,pilling box method and circular locus method is used to simulate the pilling process.We found that the pill core are very small in the in the circular method,the pilling speed so slow in the pilling boxing method,so I decide to the Martin Dyer method.To improve the Martin Dyer method,we found that the greater of the mass loading,the more obvious of pilling phenomenon.Using the wool woven fabric as the abrasive,the pill core is big and easy to identify,counting and weighing.At the same time we still looking for other fuzzing and pilling methods.In the last we summarize two pilling methods based on the Martin Dyer method.One is use the fabric as abrasive and the quality of loading is(812 + 7)g;the other is use the wool woven as abrasive and quality of loading is(415 + 7)g.Setting the friction phase from 50 to 1000 rpm.Generally the cellulose fiber spun-lace fabrics are easier to pilling.Compared with the viscose and polyester spun-lace nonwovens,the ahead one have a large mass and less pilling number.The fabric surface density has a great effect on the pilling.When it is 40g/m2,the pill number and quality is small.The piling will be more obvious with the increase of fabric surface density,and finally it will be stable.Straight paving spun-lace nonwovens are easier to pilling.Looking at the fabric structure,the pearl spun-lace non-woven is the most likely to pilling,the mesh spun-lace nonwoven fabric is next and the last is plain spun-lace nonwoven fabric.We use the polyester and viscose fiber as raw materials to manufacture spun-lace nonwoven at school.After the pilling test we found that in a certain range,the fabric is difficult to occur pilling with the lower speed of net curtain,the higher presser of needle water and the lower distance of the needle water.In the last,we analysis the pilling method of spun-lace nonwoven fabric and study on sizing finishing.Refer to the traditional textile anti pilling method,we can study spun-laced nonwovens anti pilling methods at raw materials,production process and finishing.After sizing of spunlace nonwoven fiber in the mutual adhesion,strength increase,abrasion resistance,not easy occurrence of pilling phenomenon.But the sizing finish will affect spunlaced nonwovens softness,it needs special attention.After sizing,the fibers in the spunlaced nonwovens adhered to each other,increasing strength,and not prone to pilling.However,the sizing finishing will affect the softness of spunlaced nonwovens,which needs special attention.
