As more and more people participate in athletic sports,the research on comprehensive performance and direction of improvement of sports apparel is particularly important.At present,the badminton sports is carried out extensively in our country,with many participants.But consumers believe that most of the moisture absorbent&quick drying badminton clothings in the market today have bad air permeability and poor moisture wicking effect,and the human body will feel hot and uncomfortable when in wearing.The performance expression of different types of badminton apparel material in the market is not clear,and the brand businesses are also difficult to clearly evaluate the comprehensive performance of their apparel materials,while consumers also lack the concept when purchasing.Because badminton is a large amount of exercise sports,thermal-wet comfort degree is the most important evaluation index of the comprehensive performance of badminton apparel material.Many factors like thickness and finishing process will affect the thermal-wet comfort degree of badminton clothing.Comprehensive performance evaluation involves numerous fabric test indicators,both quantitative and qualitative.Each factor affects the comprehensive performance of the badminton clothing fabrics to a different degree.In order to be able to fully evaluate the comprehensive performance of badminton clothing fabrics and set up a fabric database of this kind material,a multi-level fuzzy evaluation system for the comprehensive performance of the fabric of badminton clothing is established in this paper.According to the analytic hierarchy process,the index system of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the badminton clothing is determined,including physical and mechanical properties,thermal-wet comfort degree and wearing performance.Then the questionnaire survey is used to determine the weight coefficient of each index,and the weight vector A is established.The various indicators of the fabrics were tested and the test results of all the indicators were converted to the evaluation score of the system,then the evaluation vector R is constructed.The mathematical model of the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is the evaluation vector R multiplied by the weight vector A,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value can be obtained by using this mathematical model.Badminton garment materials produced by Quanzhou Haitian Material Technology Corporation are sorted out in accordance with surface density,structure and finishing technology in this paper.Those fabrics are jacquard,double-ribbed,meshed and flat-stitched,including hydrophilic finishing and one-way wetting finishing.Their surface density are between 80 g/m~2 to160 g/m~2.The performance of the 11 kinds of badminton fabrics have been tested.The evaluation model was used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of those fabrics.The improvement direction of the badminton fabric is given by analyzing the results.At last,11 kinds of fabrics are sewn into garments to carry out human try-on test in the rainy season of Shanghai,getting the subjective evaluation results of thermal-wet comfort degree of badminton garments.By comparing the subjective and objective values of thermal-wet comfort degree,the validity and rationality of the badminton apparel fabric comprehensive performance evaluation system are verified.This evaluation system integrates all the various comfort indicators,so it is effective to guide consumers to buy clothing.It can also make a prediction of the comprehensive performance of clothing before the clothing production,and it is helpful to guide the design and production of badminton fabrics.
