With the improvement of living standard,the demand for textiles is getting higher and higher.The basic function of ordinary textiles is difficult to meet the increasing demand of consumers.Functional textiles is a kind of high value-added and multi-functional textiles.In many textile finishing technology,the use of microencapsulation technology with mosquito repellent effect of functional materials to give the textile mosquito repellent mosquitoes special properties,increase the added value of textiles and can get the traditional function of collating can not get results,Has increasingly become one of the focus of current research.With the development of nanotechnology,the high performance of nanomaterials is increasingly favored by people,and the preparation of nano-microcapsules has become one of the key directions for future research.In this study,nanocapsules were prepared by using ionic gel method,chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate as the wall materials,de-mosquito as the core material,and the prepared nanocapsules were applied to the cotton fabric by padding.Cotton fabric has good repellent performance of slow release and water resistance.The main results are summarized as follows:(1)Preparation of repellent nanocapsules.The nanocapsules were prepared by ion-gel method.The effects of different wall materials on the size and distribution of the nanocapsules were investigated.Secondly,the influence of the ratio of emulsifier,ratio of core to wall,core concentration,reaction pH and reaction temperature on the size and coverage of repellent nanocapsules was investigated by single factor analysis.And the optimum preparation conditions were obtained.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of Tween80 and Span80 was 4: 1,the ratio of core to wall(CS: DEET)was 1.5: 1,the concentration of core material was 0.55%(w / W).When the reaction pH was 5,the reaction temperature was 50 ?.Under the optimal conditions,the average size of nanocapsules was 244.9nm and the coating rate was 63.2%.(2)Structure and Characterization of Repellent Nanometer Capsule.The nanocapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The structure and thermostability of the nanocapsules were characterized by IR and TGA.The sustained-release properties and release power of the nanocapsules were also investigated at different temperatures.The study also carried out an analytical study.The results showed that the prepared nanocapsules had spherical structure and good encapsulation effect,but there was a certain agglomeration phenomenon.Infrared spectroscopy proved that the wall material successfully covered the core material,and the wall material coated core material The temperature of the nanocapsules to release a greater impact,the higher the temperature,the more the release of the core core of the more intense,and the release of the release of slow,Which released at 30 ? was stable and slow.After 30 hours of release,more than 65% of the active ingredient remained,with good sustained release properties,and its release pattern met the first order release kinetics model.(3)Study on mosquito-repellent finishing and performance of cotton-repellent nanocapsules.The anti-mosquito finishing of the cotton fabric was carried out by the prepared anti-mosquito nanocapsules,and the method of adding the crosslinking agent and without adding the crosslinking agent were carried out.The effects of baking temperature and baking time on the content of active ingredients and washing performance of cotton fabrics were discussed.The slow release performance,physical and mechanical properties and wash resistance of anti-mosquito textile were also characterized.The results show that when the baking temperature is 140 ? and the baking time is 3min,the content of active ingredients on cotton fabric is high,and the washing performance is better.After 15 times the water was added after the addition of cross-linking agent finishing cotton fabric still 78.5% effective content residue,and without cross-linking agent finishing cotton fabric also has 72.5% effective content of the residue,and have a good resistance to washing performance and sustained release performance.After finishing the anti-mosquito cotton fabric after 30 h release there are still more than about 70% effective content retention.In addition,after anti-mosquito finishing cotton fabric basically maintained the original style,and the fabric permeability,whiteness,tensile strength is also no significant impact.
