With economic development and social progress,women's status in society is also more and more attention,the work of women's daily life has much challenge and pressure,and even some work intensity than ordinary men's work.Therefore,more and more women pay more attention to their healthy development,aerobic exercise has become a fashion,so the demand for women's exclusive sports equipment is also increasing.Due to their different physiological structure,in aerobic exercise,female chest shaking violently caused physical discomfort,so the movement must wear sports bras to protect the normal movement of breast.But many women do not choose the appropriate sports bra correctly,it is very necessary for standard size to find a comfortable and high efficient sports bras.This subject is based on the development of sports bra structure and comfort research to make the sports bra partition design.Firstly,partition design research is about sports bra comfort.Then this subject analyzes the influence of the different structure of the sports bra movement efficiency from the angle of microcirculation,the establishment of sports bra comfort and movement efficiency evaluation model.First of all,according to the market survey results,10 kinds of experimental fabrics were identified,and their basic parameters and basic properties were measured.Partition design of sports corset,using AHP to analysis the performance for different parts of the chest weights,build comfort evaluation model.Then the influence factors of 10 kinds of fabric basic properties were fitted into the model,obtained the highest score of each region,the region is selected as more comfortable fabrics,provide a basis for follow-up bra production.Secondly,according to the survey,the paper selects consumers' favourite three kinds of structure at each area and analysis using orthogonal list 9 sports bra structure experiment,each region combined with comfort model selected fabrics made of samples.Before the formal measurement of microcirculation changes,to design pre-experiment selected 6 test points changed obviously in the four areas of change,and then use the LEA double depth perfusion blood oxygen measuring instrument in different structure of sports bra microcirculation in the four indicators under the condition of jogging.Function fitting of the experimental data is carried out,and the function equation of the four indexes in six test points is constructed.Finally,analysis of the weights of six test points using the principal components,establish different structure of sports bra evaluation aerobic exercise efficiency model.Finally,according to the score of model selection can improve exercise efficiency,promote the microcirculation of a sports bra structure plays the most important role.Then in the market choice of common sports bras and Experimental District Sports Bra same style single fabric of subjective and objective evaluation,optimization design.
