China has a wide geographical area and a wide area in the cold area.At the same time,with the emergence and continuous development of cold storage technology,more and more people are engaged in non-heating operations indoors and outdoors or working in polar regions and working in refrigeration equipment.The low temperature environment will cause harm to the human body,and improper protection will reduce work efficiency and even frostbite.Therefore,the research of cold protection clothing has aroused people's attention very early.The focus of everyone's attention is the thermal insulation performance of the cold protection clothing of the human body at rest.However,in many cases,people need to work in cold clothes or even engage in higher-intensity sports.At this time,the thermal insulation and moisture permeability of the clothing required by the human body are different from the static state,and clothing with low thermal resistance and high moisture permeability is required.Otherwise,it will cause the staffs thermal discomfort,reduce work efficiency,and severely cause heat stroke.Therefore,it is of practical significance to carry out research on the thermal and wet comfort of cold-proof clothing under sports conditions.The main purpose of this article is to study the thermal comfort of cold-proof clothing under sports conditions,and at the same time to study the cold-resistant clothing with adjustable thermal resistance and humidity resistance,so that the same cold-proof clothing has good thermal comfort under static and sports conditions.Specific research content:(1)The effect of wind speed on the thermal resistance and humidity resistance of the cold-proof clothing material;(2)The research on the thermal and wet comfort of the cold-proof clothing under sports conditions.(3)Research on the design and performance evaluation of cold protection clothing with adjustable thermal resistance and humidity resistance.Through research,this article draws the following six conclusions:(1)The air permeability of three cold-proof clothes materials:FSM>DTM>XMM.The thermal resistance and humidity resistance of three kinds of cold-proof clothing materials:DTM>XMM>FSM.Wind speed has little effect on the thermal resistance and humidity resistance of the cold-proof clothing material.(2)The wind speed can significantly reduce the thermal resistance and humidity resistance of the cold protection combination equipment.Exercise can reduce the thermal resistance and humidity resistance of cold protection combination equipment,but the impact is less.(3)Wearing clothing with a low thermal resistance value in a cold environment,it feels a little cold during the standstill phase.In the brisk walking phase,the human body is more comfortable without being cold or hot.Due to the high level of exercise during the fast-running phase,the skin surface will sweat when wearing the three cold protection combinations.(4)In the fourth chapter of the human wear experiment in the study of the thermal and wet comfort of winter clothes,there is a correlation between subjective evaluation and human physiological indicators.At the 0.01 level,heart rate was significantly positively correlated with hot and cold sensations and fatigue,and heart rate was significantly negatively correlated with skin humidity.At the 0.01 level,the average skin temperature was significantly positively correlated with hot and cold sensations and fatigue,and the average skin temperature was significantly negatively correlated with skin humidity.(5)The thermal resistance and humidity resistance values of the cold protection combination equipment under the seven opening combinations are:XMMEBO<XMMECO<XMMESO<XMMEBC<XMMECC<XMMESC<XMMEAC.In the windy state,the thermal resistance and humidity resistance of the cold protection combination equipment when XMMEBO is opened at the same time when the back opening and the hem are opened are minimized.(6)When conducting human body wearing experiments on thermal clothes with adjustable thermal resistance and humidity resistance,when the ventilation opening of the cold protection combination equipment is opened,the average skin temperature,thermal sensation and moisture sensation of XMMEB and XMMEC all show a downward trend.The average skin temperature,thermal sensation and moisture sensation of XMMEB decreased more,while the average skin temperature,thermal sensation and moisture sensation of XMMEC decreased more.The sweat evaporation of XMMEB and XMMEC is larger than that of XMME.Among them,XMMEB sweat evaporates the most,followed by XMMEC.
