In recent years,the social economy is continuously developing,and the living standard of the people is also continuously improving.More and more people are taking part in fitness activities.Among them,with the gradual diversification of sports methods,people's research on the design of Sports Bra is also deepening.At present,the one-piece seamless knitted bra which is popular in the market has the characteristics of comfort,softness and close fitting,and is deeply loved by consumers.Compared with traditional bras,seamless knitted bras have various advantages.Although it is comfortable to wear,it still has several disadvantages,such as limited support for breasts and poor shock-proof effect during exercise.Due to this limitation,the design and development of seamless knitted Sports Bra are limited.Based on this problem,this paper simulates different levels of exercise intensity by running at different speeds,analyzes the displacement and pressure of breasts wearing different styles of bras at different exercise speeds,analyzes the level and effect of seamless knitted Sports Bra in controlling breasts in different styles of bras,discusses the shaking characteristics and stress situation of breasts in different styles of bras,improves the control ability of seamless knitted Sports Bra on breast displacement,provides reference for the production and manufacture of seamless knitted Sports Bra,and provides guidance for consumers to purchase bras.The experimental bra chosen in this experiment is a brand with high recognition through market research.The category includes 8 types of ordinary bras,ordinary wide shoulder straps with no cup Sports Bra,padded Sports Bra in Spaghetti strap,Sports Bra with high shockproof strength and seamless knitted Sports Bra.The subjects selected three healthy female college students with similar body size,24 years old and chest size C,and used three-dimensional dynamic capture,subjective comfort evaluation and stress testing methods to comprehensively study the control effect of different bra styles on breast displacement and the structural design optimization characteristics of seamless knitted Sports Bra.In the static state,the breast displacement in all directions conforms to normal distribution.the mean value of breast displacement in three directions is z-axis > y-axis >x-axis,but the displacement fluctuation in y-value direction is the largest.different bra styles and cup thickness will have certain influence on the experimental results.The X-axisdisplacement difference is not significantly related to the Y-axis displacement difference and the Z-axis displacement difference.The amplitude of displacement fluctuation is obviously different in x,y and z.Compared with other bras,seamless knitted Sports Bra has a poorer effect on breast folding in the left and right directions,and a more general effect on breast support in the up and down directions and breast compression in the front and back directions.In the dynamic state,through the data analysis of the breast displacement rate,it can be seen that the breast displacement rate at the speed of 5km/h and 10km/h is significantly different.The breast displacement rate of seamless knitted Sports Bra is obviously higher than the average level during the exercise,and the breast displacement rate is obviously increased with the increase of the exercise speed.There is a significant difference in breast displacement control effect between compressed Sports Bra and seamless knitted Sports Bra.Bra movement can reduce the displacement rate of the breast,the displacement rate of the compressed Sports Bra breast is lower,and the effect of controlling breast displacement is better.By measuring and analyzing the pressure of the top of shoulder strap,breast(L1-L5),side ratio,bottom circumference directly below shoulder blade and bottom circumference at the bottom of the lion,the pressure values of the top of shoulder strap,side ratio and bottom circumference in order from top to bottom after wearing the bra are obtained.The pressure value of the breast near the body center of gravity is higher,the pressure value near the outside of the body is lower,and the pressure value of the breast bottom near the lower circumference is also higher.Compared with other bras,the overall pressure of seamless knitted Sports Bra shoulder straps,lower girth and breast is lower.It is very important to improve the sports comfort of seamless knitted bras and appropriately increase the pressure of clothing.Through the research on the existing problems of seamless knitted underwear and the dynamic capture test and subjective comfort evaluation of its optimization,the results show that the seamless knitted Sports Bra with a tight width of 3cm,a small elastic Spaghetti strap and a cup type of continuous cup has the best effect on breast displacement control.It is about 0.773% lower on average than seamless knitted Sports Bra breast displacement rate with 0cm elastic width,large elastic shoulder strap and cup type of cup.In the state of exercise,chest comfort is significantly negatively correlated with breastdisplacement rate.When the running speed is more than 7km/h,wearing seamless knitted underwear will lead to breast pain.There are 25 pictures,23 tables and 58 references.
