Top drive casing running device is extended product of top drive,this device makes full use of advantage of top drive in casing running works.Top drive casing running device can rotate and grasp casing directly with circulating drilling fluid at the same time.This thesis focuses on dynamics study of grasping casing process,and uses dynamic analysis software ADAMS and hydraulic system analysis software AMESim to co-simulation.Firstly,the analysis model of grasping casing process based on the operating requirements was established,and the structure was designed by modeling software.Secondly,the model was imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to establish dynamic model,and drive function on hydraulic cylinder was set.This step can validate the correctness of the model structure by comparing the simulation results with theoretical calculation value.Meanwhile,the hydraulic simulation model was established by software AMESim,and the operating parameters of hydraulic system based on actual working conditions were precisely calculated.Finally,Co-Simulation of top drive casing running device was carried on.In this phase,the simulation data of ADAMS and AMESim was exchanged through the interface of software.After the co-simulation,the parameter curves of every hydraulic cylinder were analyzed,and the simulation results and theoretical calculation value were compared.
