In this paper,the properties of nylon 66 short fiber(PA66)reinforced natural rubber(NR)composites were studied by the masterbatch refining method,and the effects of different mass ratio added on PA66 on the properties of PA66/NR composites were studied by the mother refining method,and the physical modification of PA66 on the PA66/NR composite was carried out on the PA66 surface.The main contents of these three aspects are the influence of PA66 surface chemical modification on the properties of PA66/NR composites.The comprehensive analysis and comprehensive evaluation of fiber and composite materials by dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fu Liye infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),rubber processing analyzer(RPA)and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)are used as the main evaluation mark.The PA66/NR composites with the best comprehensive properties were prepared.This paper mainly discusses several aspects and draws the following conclusions.(1)the study of the properties of nylon 66 short fiber number on natural rubber composite material has been studied.It is found that when nylon 66 short fiber 4phr,the synthetic properties of the rubber composite are best.Through the analysis of RPA and DMA,the addition of the fibers increases the volume of the effective packing,increases the binding of the rubber molecular chain,and makes the rubber molecules cut.The dynamic mechanical properties of the composites are better,and the tensile cross section of the PA66/NR composite is analyzed by SEM,the roughness of the tensile section increases,the roughness is more uneven,and the fiber is pulled out of the adhesive.(2)the study of the properties of NR Composites by ultrasonic impregnating liquid rubber with nylon 66 short fibers was studied.It was found that when the fiber was treated with 7h and impregnated with liquid rubber 2G,the tensile stress and elongation at break of the rubber composite were the highest and the loss factor of the composite was the smallest.The interfacial adhesion between the adhesive is the best,and the tensile section of the PA66/NR composite is analyzed by SEM.It is found that the length of the fiber pullout decreases,the hole is reduced and the smooth degree of the hole is weakened,and some fiber is broken in the hole,which indicates that the interfacial force of the fiber and rubber is increased,and the impregnation of the liquid rubber is beneficial to the fiber surface and the rubber.The compatibility of the adhesive is beneficial to the strength of the fiber.At the same time,ultrasonic treatment can improve the fiber activity and react with the terminal carboxyl group of liquid rubber,thus improving the interfacial bond strength.(3)the study of the properties of natural rubber composites by radiation treatment of nylon 66 short fiber UV lamp was studied.It was found that when the UV radiation of nylon 66 short fiber surface was 4min and impregnated with 2G liquid rubber,the 100%extension of the rubber composite material increased by 11.3%,300% increased by9.23%,and the nylon 66 short fiber and natural rubber composite material.The interfacial bonding is obviously improved.(4)the study of nylon 66 short fiber grafted methacrylic acid and vinyl trimethoxy silane on the properties of natural rubber composites was studied.It was found that when the concentration of methacrylic acid was 30%,the mechanical properties of the rubber composites prepared by vinyl trimethoxy silane at 15% were the best.The fiber surface was observed by SEM.After modification,the surface of the fiber was rough and there was a small graft product.The tensile section of the rubber composite was observed.It was found that the fiber was drawn short and the fiber was pulled out after the modified composite.Through the DMA test and analysis,the loss factor is reduced after modification,which reflects the improvement of the interfacial adhesion between the fiber and the rubber.(5)the study of the properties of natural rubber composites by physical and chemical modification of nylon 66 short fibers was studied.It was found that when the fiber was first treated with ultraviolet radiation,then the vinyl trimethoxy silane was grafted,and the process of impregnating the liquid rubber was the best way to make the rubber composite.The surface of the fiber was observed by SEM,and the rubber particles were attached to the surface of the fiber after the modification.There were few holes in the section and the cross section was more obvious.It showed that the interfacial adhesion between the fiber and rubber was better,and the fiber loaded the external force very well when the force was stressed.Through the DMA test analysis,the modulus of the rubber composite is improved by adding the modified fiber in the glass transition zone,which is due to the modification of the fiber,increasing the interfacial affinity and improving the bonding effect between the fiber and the rubber interface.
