An Empirical Research On Storage Management Of H Petroleum Enterprise

Product oil is a national key strategic commodity and occupies a dominant position in the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,the market circulation order of refined oil has been gradually standardized by the state related departments and the reform and reorganization of oil enterprises.The planned economy mode has gradually changed to a market economy mode,and a state-owned enterprise dominated by private sector has been formed.In the economic development,although the state opened the oil private access window,but the harsh conditions,and is usually in the upper reaches of large petrochemical enterprises,sales of refined oil market is still in the middle part of the status quo is state-owned monopoly,open market threshold is always subject to state-owned oligopoly enterprises,inventory management,logistics distribution etc.the advantage was very obvious,but because the organization structure caused by long planned economy mode can not overturn,resulting in the system and service are very rigid.This background time,refined oil sales private enterprises want to obtain a seat in the middle of a place to live in monopoly industries,it is necessary to establish a warehouse management system perfect,because the efficient storage system for back-end front-end sales to provide strong protection for support,and thus more conducive to open market situation,to enhance the core enterprise competitiveness and anti risk ability is very important.This paper takes H oil company as an example to study some common problems in the storage management of the private oil sales enterprises in China.The purpose of this paper is to use effective inventory management strategy,linear programming method and personnel strategy to solve the company’s current storage management problems.The full text is divided into five chapters,focusing on the analysis of the H oil company’s storage management problems,the research and implementation of the relevant solutions.The first part introduces the background,significance,purpose and main research status of inventory management.Finally,it summarizes the framework and research methods of this paper.Then the basic theory of inventory management is summarized,and the calculation tools of two ordering methods are also introduced.Then,it describes the current management situation of H Petroleum Company,and carries out SWOT analysis.It expounds the long-standing problems of the two major warehousing organizations of H Petroleum Company,and analyzes from several aspects,such as warehousing,transportation and other management technologies and human resources.After the cause of the inventory problem in the last chapter,based on the inventory management theory and method of literature accumulation,according to the actual situation of the H oil company,creatively designed inventory management scheme of H oil company two storage mechanism,using JMI and CPF combination of inventory management mode to solve the enterprise the external and internal supply supply problems,and analyzes the validity of the two methods.Then,taking the transportation problem of the company as an example,the data modeling and the optimal analysis are carried out,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are also put forward on the human resources.In the future of the company to realize the future of the information digital management of the overall inventory management also put forward the direction of efforts.The last part,summarize the full text,clear the importance of storage management for the private oil enterprises in China and the future research needs to improve the direction.
