Different annealing experiments were carried out on cold rolled medium carbon CrMo steel and 500°C and 600°C warm rolled pseudo-eutectoid steel and cold rolled 45# steel,and different methods were studied by SEM,EBSD and other analytical methods.The influence of annealing process on the microstructure evolution and grain size of cold rolled medium carbon Cr-Mo steel and 500°C and 600°C warm rolled pseudo-eutectoid steel and cold rolled 45# steel.The results are as follows:Annealing experiments were carried out on cold rolled medium carbon Cr-Mo steel at 600°C,650°C,and 700°C for annealing time.The results show that when the annealing temperature is 600°C and the holding time is 15 min,the corresponding experimental steel average The ferrite grain size is the smallest,0.67?m;when the annealing temperature is 650°C,the average ferrite grain size of the corresponding experimental steel is 0.85?m when the holding time is 15min;when the annealing temperature is 700°C When the holding time is 15 min,the corresponding experimental steel has the smallest average ferrite grain size of 0.76?m.The 500°C and 600°C warm-rolled pseudo-eutectoid steel and cold-rolled 45 # steel were annealed at 600°C annealing temperature for different times.The results show that their different degrees of growth but the deformation of ferrite grains to form recrystallized ferrite grains,improve its plasticity and toughness.Therefore,to some extent,the 600°C annealing process can optimize 500°C and 600°C warm rolled pseudoeutectoid steel and cold-rolled 45 # steel.Due to the increase of annealing temperature and the prolonging of holding time,the trend of carbide particle growth is more obvious,and the particle size is larger.The spherical small particle cementite is dispersed in the grain boundary and even the inner part of the grain is mainly concentrated in the original pearlite zone.Larger size cementite particles are mainly distributed continuously on the ferrite grain boundaries.Figure 44;Table 3;Reference 56...
