Polyester dyeing usually adopts high temperature and high pressure dyeing method,which has complex process,long time and high cost.Dye solution needs to be added in a variety of additives,which influence the stability of dyes in dyeing.The aggregation of dye particles can easily cause the formation of spots on the surface of dyed fabric.Meanwhile,when dyeing at high temperature and high pressure,oligomer precipitates out from the polyester fiber,stained with color equipment and influence the dyeing effect.After dyeing,the remaining dyes and oligomers on the surface of the fiber are difficult to be removed by ordinary water washing,so it is necessary to add soda ash and insurance powder for reduction cleaning,resulting in a large amount of dyeing wastewater.The continuous dyeing process is suitable for cotton-polyester fiber blended fabric,but for pure polyester fabric,because polyester fiber molecules lack of hydrophilic groups,the fiber are highly hydrophobic,low rolling rate,the dye is easy to swim with the evaporation of water.So the traditional hot melt dyeing method is not suitable for the dyeing of pure polyester fabric.This subject aims to according to the advantages of continuous dyeing method,research the feasibility of continuous dyeing technology for pure polyester fabric.The experiment firstly grinded the dye filter cake,get the liquid dye with smaller particle size,low dispersant content and good dispersion stability.Because the dye particle size is small,the dye adsorption and dyeing on the fiber is increased.The results showed that when the mass ratio of anionic dispersant MF and the non-ionic dispersant nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is 3:1,the dye had better grinding effect and dispersion stability.The mass ratio of 723 yellow and 707 carnation to dispersant was 10:3,and that of 618 purple,653 blue and 693 blue to dispersant was 10:5.When the content of dye was 20%-30%,the dye particle uniformity and dispersion stability of dyes were better.Then,in order to make the liquid dye have better storage stability and meet the purpose of continuous dyeing and wash free,the liquid dye was further processed,in the hope of producing a more stable wash free color paste.In the experiment,non-ionic polyethylene glycol(PEG)was selected as a liquid dyestuff thickener,which has the function of moisture absorption and stable dye solution,and has good plasticity to polyester fiber,increases the swelling rate of fiber at high temperature.Then the types and dosage of anti-migrating agent,penetrant and complexing agent were discussed.The best conditions were found to be: 9% anti-migrating agent PM,3% penetrant JFC,and 1% complexing agent EDTA.Then the binder and crosslinking agent were added to the dye solution to improve the color fastness of the fiber,so as to achieve the purpose of free washing.The results showed that when 8% adhesive ZL-109 and 3% crosslinking agent HD-7135 were used,the free washing effect was good.Finally experiment of free water washing paste dyeing performance were researched,the results found that when curing temperature is 180?,the curing time of 150 s,obtained good dyeing effect;In addition,the self-made wash-free color paste has better storage stability and dyeing depth.
