Development Of Project Information Management System For FC Oilfield

With the popularization of a series of modern technologies such as computer technology and network technology in enterprise management,the efficiency and quality of production and management and management decisions have been greatly improved,thereby increasing the core competitiveness and operational efficiency of enterprises.Project management is an indispensable part of social infrastructure construction and construction of all aspects.The project information management system is an important guarantee for the effective and high quality of engineering projects.The oil enterprise operation area is the front line of oil production and is a comprehensive system involving manpower,material resources,financial resources and various rules and regulations.Based on the specific situation of the field,this paper analyzes and studies the enterprise management problems in the operation area of Fengcheng Oilfield in Xinjiang,and analyzes the design of the information management development system of Fengcheng Oilfield Engineering Project.The paper first carried out project management,petroleum engineering project management,information management system,project life cycle theory interpretation;followed by the overall design idea,demand analysis and system functional architecture design of the project management system design of Fengcheng Oilfield operation area,Physical architecture diagram and functional design analysis;nextly,the information management system functions are implemented according to the project life cycle,including project pre-project management,project management,drawing management,project interim reporting management and schedule management,project acceptance management and settlement management.In addition to the project evaluation management,it also involves the analysis of project change management,data management,process flow chart,and the addition,modification,inspection and deletion management of rules and regulations.Finally,the economic and social benefits of the application and promotion of information management systems for oilfield operation areas are discussed.The project information management system realizes the electronic and networked project management work previously handled in paper mode,fully utilizes the rapid transmission characteristics of the network,realizes the cross-departmental cooperation of the work,simplifies the administrative operation links and procedures,and standardizes the workflow.Reduce the workload of personnel,improve the efficiency of work and controllability of information,reduce office costs,improve execution,thereby reducing the cost of administrative operations and saving office expenses.The promotion of the system provides effective technical support for the realization of oilfield engineering project management,and provides a strong guarantee for the compliance management of construction projects.
