In recent years, electrochemical sensors have developed rapidly, they have been widely used in the food industry, fermentation industry, environmental monitoring and medical fields. And electrochemical sensors have developed into a modern analysis and detection technology. In this experiment, gold nanomaterials and poly(3-aminophenylboronic acid)materials were selected for modification on the surface of gold electrodes. The electrochemical performances of the composite modified electrodes on detection of aluminum ions and xylitol were investigated and applied to food composition detection. The main research results are as follows.1)Gold-poly(3-aminophenylboronic acid)nanocomposite-modified electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition and electro-polymerization,and various conditions in the preparation process of gold nanoparticles and polymer-modified gold electrodes were optimized. The surface morphology of the prepared composite was characterized by scanning electron microscope.2)Cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry were used for electrochemical experiments of aluminum ions. The results showed that the composite modified electrode had good electrochemical activity for aluminum ions.Under optimized experimental conditions, the response current measured by square wave voltammetry and the logarithm of aluminum ion concentration showed a two-stage linear relationship between 10-16~10-5mol/L,and the detection limit was 2.19×10-26mol/L.This study provides a new method that can quickly and easily analyze and determine aluminum ions, with good reproducibility, and it can eliminate a large number of other substances.3)The electrochemical response of xylitol on the gold-poly(3-aminophenylboronic acid)nanocomposite modified electrode was studied, and the experimental results showed that the electrode had good electrochemical performance for xylitol.Under the optimized experimental conditions, the square wave voltammetry response current and the logarithm of the concentration of xylitol showed a two-stage linear relationship in the range of 10-14~10-2g/m L.The detection limit was 7.82 × 10-19g/m L.
