Two policy documents on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises had been successively issued by the state in 2015.As a result,the reform of state-owned enterprise system is moving towards the deep water area.YZ Petroleum Sales Company as a prefecture-level company in Sinopec Sales Sector is also constantly exploring the way of enterprise management system reform.In terms of YZ Petroleum Sales Company,it has carried out three system reforms of labor,personnel and distribution since 2016.Moreover,the reform has achieved 15%increase in per capita income and 13%decrease in total employment by 2019.While in the process of reform,it also appears the problems,such as the decrease in per capita labor efficiency and customer satisfaction.In view of these problems,the top management of Petroleum Sales Company has decided to investigate the work satisfaction of employees,so as to effectively understand the actual ideas and demands of employees,Help enterprisesfigure out the problemsor hidden dangers that may lead to dissatisfaction of employees.In this way,it can optimize and improve various management work in time,as well as support enterprises to smoothly go through the painful period of reform.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,expert opinion and other research methods are used to investigate and analyze the job satisfaction of all employees in YZ oil sales company.First of all,through literature research and expert interviews,the domestic and foreign research status,related concepts,YZ oil sales company related information are described and explained.Secondly,this paper uses SPASSAU,Excel and other software to analyze the survey results in terms of overall analysis,dimension analysis and job satisfaction difference analysis based on the biographical characteristics of employees,including "gender","age","education background","skill level","career age"and "grade category".It is found that the high risk factor in the workplace,the long distance between the employees and the workplace,the narrow promotion channels,and the weak execution of the grass-roots management team may lead to dissatisfaction with the work of the employees.Finally,this paper puts forward the improvement measures on human resource management:improve the working conditions,improve the cadre selection and appointment system,strengthen the training of staff,improve the salary and performance appraisal system,etc.It hopes to help YZ oil sales company improve the job satisfaction of employees,and then improve the work efficiency of employees,improve customer satisfaction,and create a stable staff team and healthy development atmosphere for the reform and progress of the company.
