At present,most of China's small white apricots are artificially transplanted with fresh apricots.The production efficiency is low and the safety risks are prominent,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of China's apricot industry and the competitiveness of the international market,and in the process of nucleation,the white apricot pulp and The loss rate of juice is also relatively high.This paper describes the research and development design status of nuclear fruit removal tools at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various tools,and tests the design of the feeding mechanism of small white apricot nuclear machine by testing the parameters required for the removal of small white apricot in the core.Power mechanism,limit mechanism and punching and cutting mechanism.The main work content is as follows:(1)Determination of geometric characteristic parameters of small white apricot.Mainly completed the measurement of the long diameter size,the riding diameter and the transverse diameter of the small white apricot and the length,width and thickness of the apricot kernel.According to the measurement results,the basis for the feeding mechanism and the punching and cutting mechanism of the prototype is provided.(2)Mechanism design and calculation analysis of parts and components.Designed for key parts feeding mechanism,punching and cutting mechanism,etc.,using SolidWorks to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the small white apricot nuclear machine.(3)Selection of pneumatic components.Design the pneumatic system control loop to complete the selection of pneumatic components such as filters,pressure reducing valves and oil misters;determine the model SC63 X 125 double-acting standard cylinders by theoretical calculation.(4)Prototype test.The effects of the diameter of the punch and the thickness of the cutter head on the nuclear loss rate of small white apricot were analyzed.The diameter of the punch was 10 mm and the thickness of the cutter head was 1.5 mm;The success rate of the core and the crushing rate of the apricot kernel were selected.The round and toothed tools were tested to determine the average nucleation success rate and average apricot nucleation rate of the circular knives for the white apricots were 95.5%and 4.5%,respectively.The nuclear success rate and the average apricot nuclear breaking rate were 78%and 8.5%,respectively.The circular cutters were more in line with the design requirements;The average loss rate test of the nuclear pulp juice by the circular cutter was determined to match the apricot processing enterprise and intelligence.The agricultural machinery equipment is lower than the industry standard of 5%loss rate of the fruit juice;The selection of small white apricots,turpan pear apricot,hetian pear apricot and rhubarb apricot was divided into nuclear test.The average fruit loss rate of small white apricots was 2.238%,and the cut-off rate was 95.5%.Both indexes were excellent.In the other three types of varieties,the nuclear removal machine is more suitable for small white apricots.
