Vibration can reflect the working status of equipment,and petrochemical enterprises need to monitor the vibration status of petrochemical equipment for fault diagnosis.The vibration monitor can accurately collect vibration signals at the right time to realize vibration-based condition monitoring and provide data support for the inspection and maintenance of petrochemical equipment.Aiming at the problems of low measurement accuracy,weak data management capability,single function,and inconvenience of use in existing petrochemical equipment vibration monitors,this paper designs and implements a new type of petrochemical equipment vibration monitor.The main work of the paper is as follows:1)Analyze the problems existing in the vibration monitors currently used at home and abroad,give the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the vibration monitors of petrochemical equipment,compare and analyze the two architectures,and propose the overall plan of the vibration monitors based on the multi-layer architecture.The vibration monitor is divided into two parts:the collector and the mobile phone APP.It focuses on the data processing of the collector and the mobile phone APP,which not only reduces the design complexity of the collector,but also facilitates the expansion of the vibration monitor.2)In terms of collectors,we independently developed piezoelectric acceleration sensors to reduce the cost of hardware design;we selected a 32-bit CC2640R2F microprocessor with rich peripheral functions and high performance to build the main control circuit,and designed the signal conditioning circuit and modulus Conversion circuit,power supply circuit,etc.,with high integration;adopting digital design circuit board,combined with programming to realize the calculation and analysis of vibration data;adopting a combination of multiple low-power chips,low-power power supply circuit and software design optimization,Prolong the use time;PCB layout and wiring strictly follow the circuit board design principles,while paying attention to save circuit board space,reduce the size of the instrument,and improve portability.In terms of mobile apps,the MVC architecture is used to implement data analysis,storage,upload and download functions.3)For the external interference noise,an NMD denoising algorithm based on EMD is proposed.The EMD algorithm is used to perform empirical mode decomposition on the collected vibration signals,combined with the elimination of fluctuation trend analysis to determine the noise-dominated IMF component,and then the improved NLM algorithm is used.The denoising process is carried out,and finally the signal is reconstructed,which solves the problem that the noise signal and the useful signal are not easy to determine,and improves the efficiency of filtering noise,and the denoising performance is significantly improved.After experimental verification and industrial testing,the vibration monitor designed in this paper has the characteristics of low power consumption,long Bluetooth transmission distance,low packet loss rate,high measurement accuracy,and ease of use.It can better monitor the vibration signal of petrochemical equipment,Bluetooth Can stably transmit data.It has been applied to the work site of petrochemical equipment.It has repeatedly found and warned of equipment problems,played a role in monitoring equipment status,diagnosing equipment failures,and maintaining equipment stability.
